Accommodating, Friendly, Clean, and Comfortable

I very much enjoyed my stay here. It was myself and my two children (3yrs old and 7mnths) and the staff made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! The location was nice too!

The whole room felt gross. The minute we walked it had a stench. Mold on the ceiling and ants crawling. Worst hotel experience ever.

Great bang for your buck!

For the price you pay for a room, you get a lot of bang for your buck. The rooms are nothing special, but feel relatively clean. Most of the time when traveling, I'm not spending lots of time in my hotel room. If that's the case for you, you might want to consider this hotel. Spend the savings on your vacation experiences instead of your hotel room!

Good Price but not worth it!

Pros: The beds were not bad
Cons: Honest personnel
Location: Went there for a special event. No time to look around.
I was told they have 68 room more or less but I don't think they have enough parking. If you come in late good luck in finding a parking spot inside the hotel. The refrigerator was not working at all. There were ants in the bathroom. Other than that the place was clean. I left my expensive sandals at the hotel and the receptionist said there was nothing reported immediately, did not sound like she checked first. Not happy about this, I love my sandals and now I will have to go buy me another pair with the money I saved so it came out to being more expensive at the end. Do not recommend you stay here unless you don't need a fridge and to be able to leave your belongings and still find them afterwards.

Pros: Full fresh breakfasts,kind chef,with sence of humour and welcoming nature
Cons: To service rooms...clean towels...change bed..etc
Location: Close to great botanical gardens and Huntington Art gallery....close to metro...great grocery store next door with fridge in room
Poor room service...missed cleaning room but the friendly staff and chef made up for it with excellent inclusive breakfasts

Deceiving pictures

Great breakfast didn't make up for disappointing facility and location. Prior guest food left in fridge. Toilet ran all night. Air con did not cool the room. Bed was decent but overall hotel was overpriced. Pics of pool gazebo fail to show it is in the parking lot.

Missed barber test.

The hotel is cool but when I asked for a wake up call I didn't receive one and in turn missed my barber exam. I asked the hotel to comp me a coupon or a discount for future stay. The hotel said it's not there problem and they wouldn't give me anything not even a $5 discount. The only reason I stayed there was to be close to my test not to missy exam.

The staff was wonderful. The chef was great too. The hotel rooms were dirty old and smelled like urine. The pool was small and dirty. The fitness machines were broken.

Perfect for the price. If you want luxury, stay at the Westin for $200 a night.
