Nice hotel close to LAX

Posted Jan 26, 2015
Pros: It was very inviting, clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced.
Cons: The breakfast bar, open from 7-10am, was nearly depleted at 7:40am. A worker entered and left the area twice without replenishing.
Location: We noticed a lot of shopping and restaurants in the area, and In and Out Burger was a treat.
We just needed a place to stay overnight to be able to catch our flight out at LAX the next morning. The desk clerk was very helpful giving us directions using back streets to try to avoid heavy traffic.

Great hotel

Posted Jan 18, 2015
Pros: The room, location, free parking, proximity to shops/restaurants/gas station/ beaches.
Cons: The refrigerator should be replaced and the breakfast might be a little richer.
Location: Very convenient location, easy access to highway, near shops and restaurants, near beaches.
We stayed for one week and it was very nice and comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating, they answered immediately to our requests. The room is very big, we had a deluxe room with a balcony. There are: a fridge, microwave, coffee/tea maker in the room. The fridge should however by replaced because the door is not closing properly. The breakfast is nice although basic, only pastries no eggs or meat. The parking lot is very conveniently placed near the hotel.

Continental breakfast is very low quality and the place doesn't have a "nice" feel about it, but it was cheap and it wasn't a bad experience.

Older hotel, value priced, centrally located

Posted Dec 16, 2014
This is an older hotel in need of updating. However we had a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful! I thought it was a great location.. Short drive down Torrance drive to the beach.. Starbucks and shopping on the corner..

Nice hotel, great staff.

Posted Dec 16, 2014
Pros: Great staff, clean room, close to the beach, great balcony to watch the sunset, good breakfast.
Cons: I wish my room would've been quieter, there was a lot of noise from the third floor and kept me awake for awhile.
Location: Close to grocery stores, retail shops, Redondo Beach and the Pier.
When I arrived the room I had booked was not available, the staff gave me an extra room for free and refunded me half of my stay! Great staff and management. the room was comfortable, and a short drive to the Redondo Beach Pier. I would definitely stay here again.
