Good value for money, friendly and helpful staff

Free shuttle to hotel easy to organise. Hotel facilities good, large rooms and very helpful staff. Free WiFi, and car parking, excellent. We would recommend this hotel, close easy drive to Manhatton beach.

Can't understand anyone criticising this hotel

Really it's the perfect airport hotel. It has everything you need and more with a much nicer atmosphere than most of the austere chain hotels.

Wouldn't hurry back

Posted Jul 4, 2014
Pros: Staff
Cons: Replace sofa bed
Had to wait over 45 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive as it seems there is only the one bus going back and forward. This was around 9pm and airport was really busy. Had booked a room with 2 beds and a pull out sofa but the sofa was unuseable - mattress was ancient, thin and offered no support at all. Complementary breakfast was nice enough with a decent selection of prepared items. Staff were very nice and friendly and the shuttle driver dropped us off at the car rental in the morning as we were the only passengers.

Great Hotel Close to Airport

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: The proximity to LAX for an overnight. Excellent value for an overnight or longer stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The free shuttle bus
Cons: The shuttle has to be arranged in advance which can be awkward when arriving from an overseas trip.
Location: Surprisingly close to LAX but away from Century Blvd. No shops near to the hotel.
This hotel is a hidden gem! It is close to LAX but off Century Blvd where many of the hotels are overpriced. It offers large , clean and well-appointed rooms. There are two free Internet linked computers in the lobby for guests to use. The breakfast more than satisfactory and filling with very friendly service. We arrived close to midnight and was met by a friendly and helpful receptionist. Once in the room we were able to shower in the clean bathroom and rest in the more than comfortable bed.

Hotel ok but really loud

Posted Jun 23, 2014
Paper thin walls, make sure you don't have anybody next to you, every noise will transfer over the walls/halls. Breakfast extremely crowded, best part of this hotel is the lady that serves/attends breakfast super friendly and excellent attitude towards all guests.

Nice new hotel build around the LAX area but away from the hustle & bustle of the airport. Kinda secluded so makes it nice. Rooms arent exactly paper thin but the noise was barely enough to keep me awake. Great courtesy staff & even better breakfast. Would stay again.

Out of the way

Posted May 29, 2014
Pros: The only thing is that it is relatively new and the rooms are still clean.
Cons: A bit of staff training in customer service would be appropriate.
Location: Absolutely nothing to do near by and the hotel is about 3kms from LAX.
While the hotel itself is nice it is relatively new and that should be expected. The major issue with staying here is it's location, there is absolutely nothing around unless you have access to a car and there is simply nowhere to go unless you fork out for an expensive taxi ride. We couldn't fault the hotel room but the lack of a decent restaurant was a major problem for us. As we did not have a car we we restricted it eating what was available at the hotel and that wasn't a whole lot, a burger or sandwich with crisps doesn't really make for a wonderful dinner but that was our options. We enquired if we could get a lift to a shopping mall on the hotel shuttle bus but even though the mall was only a 10 minute drive our request was declined. The hotel staff in General were OK but a couple left a bit to be desired, very aloof and ignored us as we stood the reception desk.
