good location, close to convention centerPosted Jan 22, 2015
Pros: being close to convention center
Cons: the food at the coffee bar was not very pleasing and very dried out sandwiches
Location: lots of good walking trails and good restaurants
reserved a room with King bed but got two double beds and was told all the king beds were taken which makes me a very unhappy customer as my reservation said king bed, I am not sure if I would book here again on my next business trip.

Pros: It's proximity to the marina, shoreline village, shopping, restaurants, view from room
We stayed there because of it's central location. The hotel was in a nice location and offered great views. It had easy access from the freeway. The hotel staff were very accommodating. Our room was typical size for a standard room and and was clean. It was nice to be within walking distance to the aquarium, shoreline village, and the marina.

Overnighter in Long BeachPosted Dec 31, 2014
We made a last minute trip to Long Beach for a friend's funeral and ended up at the Hyatt. It was easy to find, and Zina at the front desk was very helpful, getting us upgraded to a high floor. The room had an amazing view of the Queen Mary and the hotel's pool. The rooms are private due to a foyer area that blocks a direct view from the hallway. There is a big comfy bed, spacious seating area with fridge, and a beautiful CLEAN bathroom. In and out parking was convenient and easy, with plenty of restaurants close by. Checkout was quick and I definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel close to many things.Posted Dec 29, 2014
Pros: Clean and modern.
Cons: I was given a refrigerator for staying more than 4 days. There was no microwave. Wi-Fi in the public area was very slow.
Location: Great to enjoy sun rise and sun set; lots of restaurants and shops, walking distance to Long Beach aquarium and free city bus to Queen Mary ship.
A recently renovated hotel, modern and clean. Has a view of the beach. Close to restaurants and other shops. Good location.
