Good hotel, good location

This is a fairly classy hotel with service to match. Right next to several malls and restaurants, with bus stops to Six Flags right outside.

Location was great, very nice area. 5 min from Magic Mountain. Plenty of places to choose from for meals. Only issue we had was that the bathroom didn't seem as up to par as it should have been for a Hyatt. The soap looked used, there was trash still in the receptacle and one of the wash clothes was obviously used. Other than that, the room was perfect and the front desk staff was courteous.

Great hotel -- staff needs a bit of an overhaul

Pros: The rooms.
Cons: Staff.
Location: Shopping, restaurants, good location.
I've stayed here twice with consistent experiences. The hotel itself is lovely and the rooms are very nice. The pool area very nice, although it becomes a kiddie destination at times and you have to leave to get away from them. I believe the staff strives to please you, however, I think the downfall is that they are very understaffed. At times the wait can be long for getting your car or checking in/out. For me the right procedure for getting your car is that the valets are out front and are available to get your car for you. In this case almost every time, the valet is somewhere else and you are looking for them or there is a sign to go back inside and give them your ticket. In one case, with no valet present, I gave my keys to the front desk only to find my car sitting in the same place the next morning and it had not been moved or parked.

Nice hotel close to six flags

The hotel is well maintained and it is close to six flags and many restaurants. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. As always price could be better.
