“Internet access fees are exorbitant”

My big criticism of this excellent hotel is that you must pay $9.99/day for Internet access for EACH device! For me, that's $30/day--an exorbitant fee for such a service! I think they should rethink how much they charge for Internet access to a more reasonable amount. The TV remote functions are seriously lacking, makes it difficult to actually find channels and what you're watching. Pressing the individual channel buttons is worthless. There should be a rating category for services alone and not tied into staff. The staff is great, it's some services that I have a quibble with. So it makes my ability to rate somewhat inaccurate.

“Family funeral”

Beautiful hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Wish the bar and restaurant was open later to accomodate late arrivals. Very small sundry shop. Could have used some hair spray.

“Great hotel for the price”

We had a little issue with our room, called front desk and they were able to get accommodate us to another room in less than 5 minutes. Great staff and service. Would definitely stay here again.

“Great location, nice area”

It was a very nice hotel close to many restaurants and shopping. I was suprised to find how nice this area was so close to Magic Mountain. It was about 4 minutes from Magic Mountain. They have a little bit of a night life too for those who are interested. A wine bar and other bars within walking distance. Parking was also free. We ate in the restaurant on site and it was pricey, about 35 dollars a plate but it was VERY good. We rented a movie in the room which was way expensive $16 but it was nice to sit back and relax after a day at Magic Mountain. You can stop, rewind and forward the movie like in a DVR so that was cool. Overall, I loved the hotel and would definetely come back. Oh, there were many families in the hotel and I never heard anything while I was sleeping in my room, dead quiet.

“A jewel in Valencia”

I stay at Hyatt hotels on business several time a year. The Hyatt in Valencia was a surprise --- a very upscale hotel in an unexpected place and was an excellent value.

Hotel is very well kept and was priced accordingly - plasma tv in room - cigar and wine bar next door good place to relax at end of day, mall close by is nice and convenient.

The hotel was very clean. Personnel at front desk were most helpful on all the questions asked. Location to shopping, restaurants, and Magic Mountain was great. Would stay there again.
