Great hotel but its busy.Posted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: Staff and location.
Cons: Business center and a quiet room.
Location: Fox Studio and shopping
It's my local LA hotel when on business. This being said it lacks the small items that make a business trip complete such as a business center and designated floors & rooms that cater to the business traveler. Staff is great but again, very busy. The hotel lounge and restaurant cover the breakfast and late snack needs though I have never enjoyed a dinner there. Has the best of an International hotel with an LA flair!

Excellent Hotel - Fabulous BalconyPosted Jun 29, 2014
Pros: The Balcony
Cons: Beds are not as comfortable as they could be and the pillows are hard.
Location: You have all of Beverly Hills - great shopping nearby at 3 major places- Westwood, Beverly Center and the Grove
We always try to stay in California where they have a Balcony to sit and enjoy the weather with your morning coffee. This hotel rates at the top for enjoyable balconies. It is also centrally located.

Awesome location with even better servicePosted Jun 26, 2014
It was my first time in LA and just being in the Intercontinental Century City made it so much fun. Everything starting from their concierge service to their rooms beat our expectations making our stay a very pleasurable one. The food esp breakfast n dinner menu, the gym and the spa services were pretty good A courtesy car was just a bonus. The only thing that had a need for improvement was their swimming pool ( a bit dead with no life) To sum up I would definitely go back to the same hotel if I visit LA again

convenient location, nice areaPosted Jun 4, 2014
Location: Rodeo drive within 1.5 km. Santa Monica was a $26-$30 cab ride. ( a must see with the Pier and the 3rd street Promenade)
The concierge at the hotel was incredible! Names I remember is Danielle and George, can't remember other name. Was a very nice touch to have the town car available for close locations. The breakfast included with our room was very much appreciated and the food was really good. The lobby and the bar/restaurant/front entrance with bellboys were all very nice and appealing. Everyone was so helpful. only slight dissappointment was the view from our room overlooking the air conditioning units/noise (would of liked a nicer view, reason for wanted balcony, couldn't sit out there with the noise) The discription on expedia made it sound like hotel was right on Rodeo drive or right off of. But that actually was fine, because the area was quite nice! We walked quite a few times down to the Century City mall for shopping or for supper. Thank you so much for our great stay! Incredible staff!
