Noisy hotelPosted Dec 1, 2013
Sound insulation is terrible! Heard toilet noise, footsteps, etc. from neighboring rooms constantly. If you want to have a quiet sleep, stay away from this hotel.

Nice place but definitely not worth the price.Posted Nov 25, 2013
A little trouble with door keys not working. Room extremely small and limited parking and tv channels.

Adorable LA hotel very centralPosted Nov 19, 2013
Pros: The décor and proximity to LA.
This hotel is a great stay. Very comfortable and close to LA.

Boutique--I don't think so.Posted Nov 19, 2013
Cons: Teardown and start over.
Rooms claustrophobic. No windows. Lighting bad. Fee for cramped parking. Joke breakfast. Lobby furniture upholstery shedding dandruff. I stayed here many times several years ago, and at least the breakfast was a breakfast. It's gotten rundown since. Probably new owners milking it before flipping. Stay away.

Very good hotel! Not the first time We were in.Posted Nov 19, 2013
Pros: everything with no exception
Cons: May be the price - they could create some kind of discounts for every time customers.
Location: The mall is near by. But location is great overall, you can easily reach anywhere.
The best hotel I've been staying. Nice, clean, quiet (you cant hear anyone else behind the walls. Rooms are all different (I've seen 3 types of them) BUT ALL of them are super clean with everything you need.

Boutique hotelPosted Nov 11, 2013
The location is far from the main tourist area (Hollywood), so catching a taxi is expensive and time consuming, if you don't know how to catch public transport. Provided filter water and wireless Internet which saved money. shopping centre/cinema down the road (2-5 walk). Decent size room, clean.

Nice, cute and cozy hotel in a perfect locationPosted Oct 26, 2013
Reading the reviews before staying at the hotel scared me and gave me low expectations. Not sure why everyone else's experience was so bad. I loved the hotel, the staff was super nice and the room was clean and decorated very nicely.

Close to UCLA, bus, restaurantsPosted Oct 14, 2013
We stayed one night as we viewed UCLA as a potential university for our daughter. Easy access to UCLA with a quick bus ride. The hotel reminded me of Europe yet the breakfast did not-- very sparse and you are charged for it. There was bottled water in the room but only for one person. Tap water in LA is not very good and I would recommend the hotel goes bigger on the water considering it probably costs them 50 cents each. The pull-out couch was not usuable so our daughter squished up on top of the couch. She almost could stretch out , good thing she is short. The staff was very friendly and we had a comfortable stay. I would also recommend they vacuum beneath the bed-- when looking for an earring we were dismayed with the dirt and trash . The price was good for this area and yes, I would stay there again.

Stayed 3 nightsPosted Oct 14, 2013
Cons: A lot - see review
It was ok but pictures on the website etc do not bear any resemblance to reality!! It is an (overpriced) motel basically. Location is quite good and service was good. Beds are comfortable. Would not stay again even at the discounted price we paid
