The staff all the way around and at every turn was excellent: comfortable, not stuffy, and very professional. We ate dinner in the Restaurant at the Hotel; everything we tried was delicious and creative.

Had a great stay, from the first entry into the attractive, clean and modern reception/lounge/bar area to the spacious and well thought out and appointed rooms. The staff were the friendliest and most personal I think I have ever encoutered at a hotel, all of them memorizing your name and greating you warmly and personally, without being cloying. Beautiful view from the rooftop pool at sunset. Good champagne selection at the bar. I had a small problem with the A/C unit in my room which they had to return 3 times to fix-temporarily, but they were persistent in making it as right as possible on a weekend. I would return in a heartbeat.

This is a fantastic hotel for the most discerning of all travelers - the female business traveler! L'ermitage gets it right with things that matter to women - beautifully decorated, good lighting, gorgeous bathroom WITH COUNTER SPACE!!!, convenient plugs for hairdryers, lots of closet space and drawer space, nice bedlinens and robes, convenient to shopping, healthy options for in room dining, windows that open for fresh air... a five star experience for the woman traveler!

“OSCAR WEEKEND! GREAT EXPERIENCE!”

Attended the OSCARS for the very first time. Will probably make this our LA hotel for the future. Beautiful room. Great breakfast and the cocktails in the evening were PERFECT. Very glam and all our needs were well taken care of. Thanks L'Ermitage!
