Everyone here is so nice! The people at the front desk are nice but the housekeeping staff is exceptional! Super sweet and very thorough.

Nice on outside poor rooms

Good night's rest

Pros: Comfortable
No self park, valet was about $27 overnight. Parking area was full and valets were hopping. Congestion at the hotel entrance and had to be careful. An excellent night sleep before a day of long day of driving and flying back home.

The last time we stayed at the Langham, we really enjoyed it. But this time, everything from the rude girl at the front desk to the stench of the room, left much to be desired. Around 1030 pm the fire alarm was pulled and went off for about 10 minutes and woke all three of my children up. We rented a couple movies for our room and the TV had green lines buzzing through the whole movie. I don't think we'll ever go back.

Hotel in guter Lage.

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Wohngegend von Pasadena. Vor einem Ausflug nach Los Angeles kann man dort gut Frühstücken. Das Personal arbeitet schnell und zuverlässig, dies gab uns auch den Tip zwischen 11 und 15Uhr nach Los Angeles zu fahren und erst nach 18Uhr wieder raus.

Not impressed. Dirty dishes in the hall ways, ice machine room that stunk, vents that haven't been cleaned in a long time

Super Hotel and Setting

Pros: Setting, grounds and ambience
Cons: The food in The Terrace restaurant
Lovely hotel in a very attractive part of Pasadena. Facilities were excellent, as was the room. Very happy with everything and would return. Only comment is that the food in The Terrace restaurant (breakfast, lunch & dinner) was a little hit and miss. Not great value for money there to be honest, and avoid the annoying squirrels !
