You can't ask for a better location in the middle of all the action. A bit pricey but worth the splurge!

Great location. Best hotel in the area.

Loved the hotel. Awesome view of the Hollywood sign. Great pool on the roof. The only bad part was there is no jacuzzi. No excuse for a hotel of this caliber to not have one. Plenty of room for one.

The perfect Hollywood & Highland location.

Pros: The location is ideal for business or pleasure in Hollywood, and a perfect spot for Hollywood tourism, being located right off Hollywood Blvd.
Cons: Rates are a bit higher than I would usually pay, but it's L.A. and you're in the middle of it all. I saw cheaper nearby, but location was preferable.
Location: Steps from Hollywood Blvd., it's literally a 3 min. walk to Chinese Theater, shopping at Hollywood & Highland, JImmy Kimmel Show, Dolby Theatre, etc.
I stayed here for 3 nights while attending meetings nearby and found the remodeled rooms very comfortable, in great condition and with a friendly staff. If you're looking for a sweeping view that stretches from Century City to Downtown L.A., request a high floor on the city side. The opposite view of the Hollywood Hills and iconic Hollywood sign is tremendous as well. Rooms are modern and minimally decorated. Bed was very comfortable. The rooftop (lower level) pool area is not that expansive, but decent, with a fitness room and spa. Self-Parking is in the adjacent underground garage that serves the multi-level Hollywood & Highland Shopping complex. Of course, Valet Parking is also available. At the time of our visit, the hotel restaurant, Preston's, was being remodeled, so I can't rate the experience there, but the hotel property itself left little to be desired. With the restaurant out of service, the staff was serving breakfast in one of the convention meeting rooms, and doing an admirable job while dealing with a kitchen that was farther away than usual. Good, friendly staff. If you like dining choices outside the hotel, don't worry -- Hollywood & Highland complex has much to choose from at a variety of price levels. For exquisite Italian, check out Trastevere. While I was at meetings, my wife took a couple L.A. and Hollywood tours, which conveniently pick up next door at TCL Chinese Theater. (Starline Tours)

Excellent hotel amidst all the action!

Great hotel in the heart of Hollywood, so convenient & within walking distance to all the attractions. Only downfall were the double beds....tiny when yr use to a king & not a huge amount of space in the double room for a family if 4 but overall...EXCELLENT!!

Loew's hollywood, great hotel, great location!

we enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Loews hotel hollywood. The location couldn't have been better! I met a girlfriend for a girls trip and we both arrived early and met at the hotel. They were so great to let us in the room at 10am, as I came from the east coast and needed to freshen up. All the staff was great and very helpful. We had Jimmy Kimmel tickets that night and were able to walk across the street and be in line within 5 minutes. after the show finished tapping, we had plenty of food options attached to our hotel that we didn't even have to leave the area. The spa was great, we enjoyed the pool, our room was turned down each evening, and the staff was fantastic. We also enjoyed the use of the Fiat fleet to drop us off at The Grove and Rodeo dr. All of our drivers were friendly and couldn't of asked for a better experience!

Very nice hotel. Went to the Magic Castle.

Pros: Quiet, location, comfort
Cons: $37 for Valet parking seemed pretty excessive.
Location: All of Hollywood in the area. Great location and very secure.
Checked in and was told had room on 8th floor and asked to upgrade for $20 to the 19th. Decided to upgrade and what a great view. Condition of hotel was great, and I was very happy. Very close to the Magic Castle that we visited in the evening. only cost us $7 for taxi each way.

very pleased!!!

Pros: The location is great, comfy beds, and friendly staff.
Cons: The bathroom decor can be a little more updated and I didn't see the hot tub.
Location: great restaurants, bars, clubs, lounges, shops
My stay at Loews Hotel was awesome. The staff was very courteous and friendly and catered to all my needs. I was pleased with the location as you near every attraction in Hollywood and without having to drive anywhere you're in the center of shops and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again :)
