Clean, comfortable hotel

We stayed just one night, but it was a clean, modern comfortable room and the hotel overall was very nice.

nice hotel near the airport

Pros: distance from the venue of the affair we were going to.
our stay was okay but on the last night a guy from the bar called us twice past midnight when we were already asleep asking if we ordered some alcoholic drink , and i finally unhooked the phone, so annoyed to have me awaken , it was hard to go back to sleep, it was weird .

Nice place

The only complaint I have is such little soaps for two persons there was a day on my staying they left none but over all was very nice staying we enjoyed it was real handy for us for every purpose and connection with airport was another advantage

Pros: The rooms were very clean and the beds were exceptional.
Cons: The service for dinner was slow.
We had reservations for 16 people Saturday night, August 2, 2014, and there was only one waiter. The service was a slow, and the chicken dishes and my steak were overcooked.

Easy to find right near the airport

Cons: Could smell smoke from adjacent rooms,
Location: We stayed for the Karate Convention nearby, also to dine at the pier, Beautiful sunsets.
We had an excellent time with our brief stay in Long Beach, Ca. The hotel beds were SUPER comfortable, I think the sheets and pillows were filled with feathers! Wish we brung our swim trunks to take advantage of the indoor pool.

Thank you for your comment. Yes, please bring your swim trunks in the future. The indoor pool will be closed for re-surfacing from August 11th through 24th, 2014. The outdoor pool will be open & available for use during that time. We wanted to make sure that all our guests enjoy the highest quality of service and amenities.

nice hotel close to golf course

hotel adjacent to golf course..only thing bad i can think of was that they didnt have a microwave anywhere to heat up food

Shaky Start Great Finish

Pros: All of the staff greeted me and smiled except the bartender...pretty busy but he is a bartender and it is expected to be greeted by him.
Cons: Keep the double bed rooms that are paid and are not refundable open.
Location: Great location - 405 freeway close. We were here for the CrossFit Games in Carson
I prepaid for a double bed room and when I arrived there were no double bed rooms. The front desk staff (Candice) was very helpful and contacted the Manager. No luck. No double beds rooms and I said I would not make an issue of this except I prepaid for the double bed room. I knew this was the reservation department's doing. The Manager was willing to help and offered a roll away bed. Okay until I saw the bed and my son's feet hanging over the side. The Manager did give me a perk or two but it was their willingness to make it right that made our stay enjoyable and I would return.

Nice hotel

Front desk was great. They printed out our Six Flags tickets and were very personable. Rooms are nice only thing I didn't like was the weak water pressure in the shower.

Pros: Facility is clean and nice
Cons: Staff should be nicer to the customers and do not overbook rooms.
We were disappointed. We reserved a King Bed room and when checked in the front desk staff said, they sold out the King Bed room because we reserved the room not with Hotel but via a third party Expedia and they did not see our references. They said we can wait if someone cancelled their King Bed room reservation we could have it. They knew that we reserved a King Bed room but they still sold out.
