Airport shuttle at 6am not 5:30am as advertised
Good condition, good restaurant/bar on-site. We were able to check in early and is within 10 minutes of airport…only downfall was the website shows airport shuttle begins at 5:30am but it does not begin until 6am so had to take Uber/taxi..

The entire staff was great. The lady who was bartending the night of Oct 20th in the Mexican restaurant at the opening of the night was absolutely amazing. Very attentive and personable. My husband and I stayed one night before leaving on a cruise. Will definitely be back.

Check in was extremely quick and the representative was the most polite check-in person that I have ever dealt with. The property is well maintained, the rooms are clean and the bedding was comfortable. Nice shopping area called The Hanger less than 5 min away, with tons of shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommended this hotel for travel near or around Long Beach.

Room was very comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast. We were suprised how everything had an extra cost. Internet cost additional and breakfast cost was outrageous. We will be looking elsewhere for lodging unfortunately.

Its ridiculous to charge your guest for wifi. No free wifi available in the rooms. Lobby has a free network, but we only got 2 bars of connectivity from our room

Great Hotel, but they said they were giving us a room with a view of the pool and they didn’t. You couldn’t see it. The breakfast buffet was $70 for two people which was absolutely ridiculous, they didn’t tell us until after they sat us that we would be charged. For that quality of food it should have been free like all other hotel breakfasts!

We had just returned from a cruise, so it was early in the morning. The staff stored our luggage, let the kids swim and gave us options for hanging out while we waited for the room to be ready.
