Very nice and clean

Nice and quiet even though it next to airport. Clean rooms polite and knowledgable staff. Pool was clean and well heated for a evening swim. Parking was a bit weird but felt safe parking car in self parking. The room had double beds, great for the kids but bed was a bit small for the two adults.

Quick stay in LA

Pros: The convenience of being close to the airport, plus friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Include free in-room coffee service, or at least literature saying it is, or isn't free; Include a free continental breakfast.
Location: Incredibly close to the airport and downtown Burbank. My whole purpose was to visit AutoBooks & AeroBooks, which is always a thrill.
I booked this hotel for a very quick, spur of the moment based on previous stays at Marriott's. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, although the coating in the bathtub was very chipped around the drain and a few other places, which was not so attractive or clean-looking. There was NO literature about whether the in-room coffee was free, or not. Also, a continental breakfast was not included in the high price, which was disappointing. I made do with Starbucks across the street, as did a number of other Marriott guests. Next time, I will get the same service, closer to my event, with breakfast, for half the price.

Additionally, please keep in mind that our Concierge Level rooms include lounge access, where we do serve a breakfast option in the morning and light appetizers at least 5 nights per week. Pros: nothing really - even the "free" chilled drinking water in the lobby tasted bad
Cons: everything but reservation elsewhere would be better
Location: nothing I wanted to see or visit
the a/c didn't have clear instructions (a hidden switch to turn off) so I got just 2 hours sleep the 1st night - cold then hot then cold then..... the $19 charge for parking is bull crap ! the card to all access DID NOT WORK even when changing cards at the front desk ! then the parking lot filled because of some "event" and I walked a L O N G distance with a blown-out knee (reason for my stay was to be close to my (knee) Doctor didn't eat anything from the restaurant - $30 for a Steak and Egg breakfast - don't think so will not stay again nor recommend

Get away from LA

Pros: The room- I stayed in suite Hanging out by the pool
Location: Near enough to Los Angeles that you can do all the tourist stuff if you are a tourist
Just stayed here for a long weekend Although very close to the airport did not hear the planes while inside my room But by the pool you can hear and see the plan depart from Burbank airport Beautiful pool and fire pits for hanging out I would recommend

Near to Burbank airport - convenient if not LAX

Pros: Service staff is very pleasant and helpful
Cons: Breakfast spread need to improve...not much variety
Location: Denny and Japanese restaurant nearby are quite good
Room is a little bit dated as well as carpet. Simple but functional room. Need to improve decor of the room for long stayer. Finest hotel we've had the privilege of staying in

We have not seen nor stayed in a hotel that did a better job of catering to their guests. The staff was fantastic, and went out of their way to ensure that our visit was a pleasant one. The building, rooms, and service were all top notch. Not only will we recommend this hotel and chain to everyone we know, we will most definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

Hotel close to airport. Good amenities but noisy.

Pros: The amenities are good, but they show signs of age. The remote for the TV did not work. I had to work the buttons on the TV set.
Cons: The hotel should do something to reduce the noise of the rowdy guests.
Location: There are four fast food places across the street. There are nothing else within walking distance.
May be it was just my bad luck, the guests on my floor were talking, laughing, yelling in the hallway all hours of the night. I was waken at least three times, once at midnight, once at 2am, and once at 4am. The next day I was a zombie.

Great stay.

The stay was great. The deal I received really impressed me but the parking was a pain. The main lot would be full so I would have to park in the back lot which isn't bad because of so much parking. The staff was very nice and helped you as much as they could including the midnight valet parking attendant, especially if you card gets demagnetized while being in your pocket or wallet all day. Even though the hotel was right next to the airport, you could not hear the planes lifting off at all.
