“Maison 140”

I was very pleased with my stay at Maison 140, and if I return to Los Angeles I will certainly arrange to stay there again. I found the entire experience to be quite enervating. IThe staff was very courteous and professional--a kind of warm formaility, I would say. I also fond that every time I came through the lobby after this I was greeted by name. The room itself was very nice. I was immediately impressed by its style, cleanliness, and the very pleasant smell which emanated from a jar with some kind of fragrant sticks. The bed was very big and comfortable, and the hotel itself was very quiet. In fact, this was the first time in my years of travel I actually got a good night's sleep without once being awakened by other guests. For a hotel in this area of Los Angeles, the price was also very good--in fact, cheaper than many of the other hotels in the area, yet much more stylish.

“Great boutique hotel in great Beverly Hills location”

The hotel was just as described, small, tidy, with a Parisian theme and excellent service. Room was small but being from New York that was not a problem. GREAT location right next to CAA headquarters on the western end of Beverly Hills. I did not want to leave.

I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The location is fantastic - in the most chic part of Beverly Hills - and the decor is incredible. The price is just right! Sure, the rooms are small but when I'm traveling on business, I don't need much. As the other reviews indicated, the staff here are amazingly friendly, helpful, and service oriented.

Maison 140 is a beautiful property with caring and attentive staff. I loved their personal service and the overall style this hotel offered. The room was not very big but this was fine because it was still quite comfortable and the neighborhood was so fun to explore.

This hotel is fabulos just 10 min walking to Rodeo drive , cozy hotel , friendly staff , just moments away to century city , to stay in this hotel is a good idea clean niegborhood in the middle of L just about 15 min drive to santa monice , 3rd street and the same to hollywood

“Safe and Close to everything”

Maison 140 was a great experience and perfect for traveller on foot. It was close to everything and I felt perfectly safe in the area. The room had a luxurious feel to it and the staff made you feel special. A great boutique hotel.

“Quiet Retreat”

Staff was great, very friendly and attentive. This hotel was out of my comfort range as I like new, roomy hotels. I chose it for location and because my wife likes older places. We had a great time. Location was perfect. Everything worked as it was supposed to. The room was small but adequete for sleeping quarters.

I love this hotel! There are some bad reviews on it but I think if you are someone who has traveled through Europe and liked it, you will be charmed! The room was quaint and the location is excellent. They gave us glasses of complimentary champagne as we checked in and an umbrella for the rain. It was a comfortable bed. There are resturants nearby to walk to and fabulous shopping! Its a steal for Beverly Hills!
