“Good, quality hotel.”

I was able to check-in before 10am, which is much appreciated. Nice, full service hotel, close to LA Live!. Good size room, with floor to ceiling windows allows nice views of Downtown. Very comfortable beds! We really enjoyed bedding package.

“Our sweet spot in L.A.”

After a long day there's nothing better then a nice place to stay! At the Marriot our experience was unique from the beggining to the end with special treats at the concierge level! My husband and I want to thanks the website Expedia and all the staff at the Marriot Los Angeles Downtown!

“Excellent hotel, Excellent area”

Hotel very central, easy to get around from here, staff very helpful and polite. 10 min walk to Metro. Numerous bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance, very trendy feeling to the establishments.

“GREAT HOTEL AND GREAT LOCATION”

I love this hotel every time I come to LA i chosse the marriot Downtown, the rooms are pretty comfortable and the they have limoservice so you have you're own driver all they long for a good deal. My only complaint about the hotel is the breakfast buffet the food it's ok not much to choose and it's expensive, so if you can try not to eat at the hotel.

“Would stay here again”

Welcomed very efficiently by reception staff they could not do enough for you. Bar staff had a lot of trouble suppling us with correct drinks and not acknowledging our requests. Rooms very well presented. Breakfast very nice along with very helpful, courteous staff

The service provided by the staff in this hotel was very good! They accommodated our needs.. for instance, the room had no refrigerator nor microwave for us to use. We called them to see if there was a pantry around that we can use. With no questions asked, they immediately brought up to our room a microwave and refrigerator for us to use for our whole stay... truly impressive. They also do a great job in maintaining the cleanliness of our room every single day while we were there. If you have any problems with transportation, or anything, just call the front desk and they're more than happy to help you. The staff were very warm and friendly. All in all, our stay at Los Angeles Dowtown Marriott was excellent. We had no regrets choosing this hotel for our CA trip. We highly recommend it to travelers out there!

“Excellent value and weekend location”

We stayed here based on previous reviews, I think the rates drop at weekends as it is a business venue so a lot of bars and cafes in the area close in evenings/weekends like most business districts.But hotel facilities including buffet breakfast 10 pounds each (kids 2.50) was great,nice pool and views.The valet parking took some getting used to, just remember to get organised with your luggage. We were a bit concerned when the building next door had been raked by gunfire - but then saw the signs from columbia pictures explaining that it was for a film - which we actually saw being made the next day - including seeing Will Smith in action, we then found out that Figueroa st is a well used movie location. A very enjoyable stay.
