Pros: Clean and comfortable and centrally located..easy to find.
Location: Great places to eat and shop.
Enjoyed the premises...nice area with shopping close by and good restaurants.

Stayed here for a few nights on a whim. We chose this hotel because of the close location to all of the beaches. Probably the best hotel experience I've had. The staff was really wonderful and had a great sense of humor! Plus the beds were like a giant suckhole of comfiness! Enjoyed staying here and would do it again.

Pros: Very nice hotel especially for the price was about and hour and a half away from the rose bowl close to a few beaches
Cons: Customer Service wasn't great wasn't bad but it wasn't great.For example when the bartender told us the bar was closed he didn't apologize and and rud
Location: Not a lot of restaurants nearby but a good amount of fast food
Nice hotel close to the beach but take a cab if your going to the beach there was 0 parking and they do not offer a shuttle service to any of the beaches. They said the bar closed at midnight but they closed it early the night we stayed there they sent up a bottle of wine for the inconvenience

Pros: Having the Starbucks and snack shop in the lobby.
Cons: Renovate room bathroom and change carpets. Maybe a connecting covered walkthrough from parking structure.
Location: Great location near the mall, but we somehow went through residential area which seemed forever stopping at every street light.
We had a double bed room for four on an overnight stay. The lobby had a nice and modern look. The guy that checked us in was very friendly and efficient, I think Kalihi or Kahili. The room was ok. It was smaller than i expected and congested (everything was so close to each other). It seemed the carpet was a little old, the beds were comfortable enough, but could be better. The pillows were great size and just the right firmness. The bathroom probably needs updating renovation, and I mean the walls, ceiling, flooring, and tub. It just looks modern because of the toiletries and sleek mirror. Other than that, I would stay again.

Cons: Pool and jacuzzi are nicely laid out but need major refurbishing and better maintenance and cleaning. There is not enough counter space in the room.
Location: Near Carson Street Mall and Wal-Mart. Lots of restaurants.
The elevator is fast and efficient. The counter space in the room is minimal. The shower units need upgrading. The swimming pool and jacuzzi need repainting and better cleaning. The parking is expensive. Guests should be allowed to park for free. Beds are too soft.

The customer service at this place is great. Room was not ready when I arrived, but the staff was empowered to offer complimentary perks that more than made up for the slight inconvenience. The room was very comfortable and the entire property shined. GReat place to stay in South L.A. area.

This is a great business hotel - the lobby is very nice and the gardens are lovely, providing great informal work/meeting space. The restaurant food is also quite good, and there's a Starbucks in the lobby. What really makes the place, though, is the staff - so friendly and outgoing. I saw some flight attendants hug a busboy who they see often. Very nice! The rooms are well-maintained and clean, though they could use some serious updating.
