まず場所がすごく良いです! 移動にも便利でした! 是非また使いたいと思っています。 朝食が無料で、駐車場も無料で使えるし旅慣れしてる人には、最高ですよ。

It is close by, the parking is very tight and it is nice to walk to Universal Studios and leave the car at hotel.

Took 20 mins to park no parking , for paid guests had to give them my keys so they could move it in the mr ing , didn't feel comfortable. They parking my car I such a way that you had to get in by the passenger side . Hair on the bed , caution tape in the hallway . Not clear directions to the room . Construction and banging right in front of my room , literally banging at my door frame at 10 am Before check out . Out check out was 12 pm. We arrived from a road trip at 130am . it was a business trip I had a an interview in town and wasn't able to get enough sleep . To feel rested . Just an awful experience . Felt gross won't shower . Moved to a another hotel to quickly wash off the ick from Good Nite Inn

Dear Guest, We aplogyze for the inconvenience, However we have tried to renovate and at the same time keep the place clean enough to still cater to customers... Our sheets are washed with 104 Degree water and disinfedted with Bleach..., We also have hairnets worn by Housekeeping however things sometime get away... Our rooms were very clean and remodeled at this time but the exterior was being worked on... I wish you had let the front desk know about the noise and they would have put you away from the noise! Thank You, Management

We stayed the room with jacuzzi which is little bit noisy but we could relaxed after walking all day at Universal Studio. Shuttle bus stop to there is very close to this Inn. There are many restaurants and shopping places close by, too.

Pros: Clean, nice staff and Management...

Location: This Motel is right on Ventura Blvd. and is in close proximity to every kind of business a traveler will need within walking distance...
My Son is staying here on business and said the staff are very friendly and Management has been very helpful and accommodating in a positive way that makes him feel welcome there.. Thank you to all the Staff..

Walking distance to universal studios

Wish room was ready when we checked in. Beds were not made. It looks like it's been recently upgraded. Love that. Website needs to be update I was a little nervous because of what I saw, old looking rooms.Overall is you are visiting universal I do recommend you stay here.

No AC!

This hotel doesn't have AC. It was really hot in our room and we were told to open our widnows and keep the door propped open. I don't feel comfortable leaving my door wide open at a hotel. There was no breakfast offered either and the wi-fi was very slow. For $165 a night, I expect better

Dear Traveller, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced! If the AC was not working you should have brought it to the attention orf the front desk as we have at all times a brand new one on hand for emergencies! Anyhow all AC units have been recently changed! We can not offer a full breakfast as we have limited space and due to health department regulations we can only serve packaged cookies and coffee, etc..! The internet has since also been upgraded and we have installed a commercial grade system with much better reception! However if everyone is using it at the same time a slight decline in the speed will occur! We hope to see you next time as we have fixed the problems! Management
