“I will definitely stay here again”
Nice management and friendly staff. Great hotel! It is convenient to go a nice restaurant around this hotel.
“omni”
Nice people, good location, clean rooms, a very enjoyable experience and close to the museums on exposition boulevard.
“Hey... It was comfortable and I will be BACK.”
Everything is good except parking cost. Sun to Thursday... $40. Very close to LA court. I will be BACK...
“Nice Room, Great Clean Bed”
Great, comfortable place to stay. Location is in quieter, business district of LA. Not "in the middle of the action" but a great, safe, clean area not too far tourist attractions if you have a car...and if you are in LA you need one anyway!
“I want to go back!”
After a quickly handled mixup due to the busy convention crowd (we booked a room on Expedia with two beds, but ended up with one king and a free/ comfortable roll away bed), we realized that we had been upgraded to the exclusive "Omni Club" floor for no additional charge. It was a fluke thing, but I'll never complain about free breakfast every morning (exclusive to floors 16 and 17)! The hotel staff was always courteous and the room was very clean. In fact, this was one of the few places I've stayed at where I actually didn't feel dirty using their hotel sheets (okay, so I'm a bit of a germaphobe...). The valet/parking fee was a bit steep at $28 per day, but this place made my LA trip a constant comfort. I would absolutely stay here again.
“5*”
I felt it was a 5* hotel. Very impressive, easy access to Downtown. Room was clean.
“Excellent Hotel to visit with the family- Excellent work force they have.”
Excellent hotel to visit with small children. The work force was excellent. Great location in the downtown Los Angeles area.
“Beautiful, comfortable, clean and affordable”
The hotel room was reasonably, priced, clean and in great condition. I was warned on other reviews about the parking fee of $30, but that can be expected in L.A. Comparatively speaking, the hotel restaurant is very expensive. We had to drive a few blocks to find a more reasonably-priced restaurant to dine at.
“Excellent Service!”
This Hotel was very accommodating when we had a noisy neighbor and wanted to move to a new room. All employees were extremely nice, from the front desk personnel, to the valet attendants to the house keeping staff. The room was beautiful, and the beds were very comfy! They even gave my young son a care package with goodies when we left! I will be staying here whenever I come to L.A. for a visit!
“Very high standards”
This hotel met or exceeded all of my expectations as a business traveller. I ended up on the concierge level and that made it even better. Hot breakfast every morning, wireless access, etc.
