For a resort, this one was disappointing. The curtain doors were marked up and had tape on it. Some of the towels weren't clean. There was still trash lying around. Got a double bed when it was supposed to be a king bed.

I had a fantastic stay at Pacific Palms Resort! The room exceeded expectations with its spacious layout, and the bed was a dream—extra soft and plush for a perfect night's sleep. The location seems very beautiful, we walked into the room to be greeted with beautiful city lights on the hills. The property was spotless and there were a lot of amenities close by. Perfect for people looking to have a couple get away, a wedding venue or conference stay.
