“Super”
Convinience location, nice staff, god breakfast
“Ants in bath tub”
In the morning, when I turned on the hot water in the shower/tub a black glob of something that looked like mud flew out of the faucet. Upon closer inspection I realized that it was hundreds of ants. I called the front desk and I was quickly given keys to a neighboring room. They solved the issue quickly, but something like this should never happen in the first place.
“Best location in Pasadena”
For a two star motel It was an excellent value. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My wife E. specially liked the bed because it had excellent pillows. But the best part of the motel was its location, less than 3 miles from two great museums, one block from a Whole Foods and two blocks from Trader Joe's. Its location gave you easy access to downtown and several interstate highways. I would certainly stay there again if I had the need to go to Pasadena.
“Very nice - Great Location”
Can't beat the convenience of this hotel to shopping in Pasadena. The rooms were fair - met expectations for the price. The hotel staff was very nice. Free continental breakfast was standard but a nice amenity, especially when travelling with children who can get by with just cereal in the morning. Met my expectations... I'd stay there again.
“Nothing special”
Room was adequate; comfortable bed. Free breakfast at most hotels is not particularly special. This one was a bit below the "universally" low par. Still a decent value for the money.
“Great hotel for the price”
I stayed here for 5 nights while on a business trip in Pasadena. I was just looking for a decent room, wifi, and breakfast. The Pasadena Inn fullfiled my needs well. The room was clean, there are wifi repeaters in the corners. Ample parking below ground. It's also within walking distance of a grocery store, CVS, and nice restaurants. Only issue is navigating the streets can be a problem without a gps.
“Good bargain”
This was a good and convenient place to stay one night in pasadena. I didnt hve the breakfast though, so i can't comment on that. Neighborhood is good. Whole foods right down the street.
“Good value for the price”
This is an older motel in a nice neighborhood. The room was clean, with soft pillows, and a decent mattress. The fan was a little noisy. All the necessary little extras like lotion, shampoo, liner for ice bucket were there the first day but something was missing each day after. The complimentary breakfast was good and the dining room well maintained. Sorry the pool was not heated--too cold in November. Easy driving distance to the Conference Center and old Pasadena.
“Very good hotel”
This is a good hotel for convenience, cleanliness, quiet, and overall quality. This is not a luxury hotel but is great for a decent place to stay while you're in this area of LA.
“Naming reviews is silly.”
This hotel is convenient because I just get on the 110 north and I end up going by the hotel when I get into Pasadena.
