You never wanna stay in this hotel.

If I can, I would like to have my money back. As I travel quite often, most hotel's check-out time is around 12, but this hotel was at 11. I totally understand that, but the front desk lady (don't remember her name) was not flexible and polite at all about the check-out policy. She said that she will start charging on my credit card if our family doesn't get out by 11:05. Hotel is meant to create a comfortable environment for the travelers when they're away from their home, but this hotel completely failed to do that. I don't care how much it costs to stay but it's not worth of money to stay here. Another thing I would like to point out is that their room was pretty nasty. They didn't clean out the fridge before we checked in, their towels were worn out and dirty, and their bathroom tiles were coming off the floor which made it a little creepy. If you guys can, please try to stay in other hotel nearby.

Pros: Good staff, very clean room, and right off the freeway which is very convenient. 7/11 is right around the corner as well in case of needed amenities.
Cons: Maybe a few more options for breakfast
The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff members were also very outgoing and helpful, as well as courteous to all guests that were coming in. I thought that the room had a very good price and was better than what I was expecting. Breakfast was small, but very good and tasty nonetheless. Overall, i would definitely recommend this place to other people looking for a good and fair priced hotel in the area.

Cons: The beds.
Usually hotels will charge for extra people when its more than three people for a two bed hotel room, well in our case it was only three of us and they still charged us $45 for three nights for that third person, which is completely stupid. And the night staff is horrible and completely rude. Point is, do not stay here if its going to be more than two people, otherwise they will charge $15/day for the extra people, AND THEY WILL KEEP TRACK.

Pros: Proximity to Universal Studio, Downtown, etc. Place looked safer. Cons: We found large black wet spots on the carpet, dirty tray near the wash basin, etc.

Location: We did not play turist because we were there to meet our first grandchild.
The hotel is an older facility but has been well maintained. We are pretty sure the staff is made up of the owner's family and they were very helpful. The complmentary breakfest was very good and the attendant kept everything stocked and the room spotless. A couple of minor things: more towels etc would have been nice and the coffee machine did not have filters. Also parking is limited.

Not so Quality Inn

Location: NOISY! Totally noisy location with a recycling center and busy street just below.
The room was clean but I was disappointed considering what I paid for the room. Cheap uncomfortable furniture, tho the bed was ok. The showerhead, which had a brochure claiming its greatness was clogged and had lousy water pressure. The claim of 4 HBO channels was false, only 1 channel came in and the rest of the network channels were fuzzy. The wifi was slow. The pool was unkept. This hotel is in a loud commercial neighborhood and that should be disclosed on your site. The elevator is the slowest I've ever encountered so we used the stairs. The coffee and condiments were cheap and only enough for one person considering we were in a suite, it was not sufficient. The front desk staff were, however very nice.

Pros: Price, location, free parking, free wifi, large flat-screen TV
Observations: - ironing board was broken - could not be stood up - premium cable TV channels available did not match the list provided in the room (e.g. no Bloomberg, some HBO channels missing) - reception of some TV channels was very fuzzy - Wifi signal was strong in the room, but download speed was less than 50kbs - carpet in room was stained in spots - parking area did not feel secure, too close to street, down the hill from the hotel building - access to rooms is via an outside walkway (no interior hallway) - insect in the bathtub - towels felt rough, older, worn - furniture in the room was scuffed, appeared old, used, worn - commute to office was almost 30 minutes for < 3 miles - Breakfast - juice machine was not operational - Breakfast - small quantity / selection - pastries that tasted stale + free parking + free Wifi

Over-priced, very poor customer service!!

Hotel staff was very rude to us. :(( They didn't care one bit about customer needs/ satisfaction. First they didn't agree on an early check-in and when we needed just a little time extension on checkout, they just would not budge. The one lady at the reception was quite indifferent. Our room was just OK and to even get there, we had to go thru a narrow pathway hauling all the luggage. Hotel location in middle of LA downtown is the only saving grace, otherwise, not worth it at all for the price they're charging. We totally regret being there.
