It was our first time in LA and we had a blast. The hotel, services, staff, etc were amazing and we had a great time.

Flying into LAX?

If you need a hotel near LAX that is full service and has a good, free transfer service, then this is a good bet. Also, flying out of LAX and need parking for your car? This hotel works just fine. Our family had three rooms which we rated not so good, OK and just fine. One of the three had a frige, all had wi-fi, and coffee. They were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was just fine. The parking garage was right there and the shuttles ran often. We were satisfied with the experience...thank you Radisson!

Raddison LAX should be Closed!

No A/C all weekend. Maint staff never came to help. Discovered that the beds we slept in were stained and soiled!!! No regular coffee in room, just Decaf. TV didn't work. Parking attendants rude and not helpful. Stained walls in hotel room, wet carpet refrigerator leaked. No batteries in remotes.

Terrible experience avoid at all cost

Pros: Nothing
We had 2 rooms as were stating with family. The aircon did not work, the beds was very uncomfortable. The bathroom tub did not drain so had to wait 1/2 hour before the next person could take a shower. We checked out a day early even though it was all paid for to get away and stayed somewhere else so we could get out of the hot muggy room and get a good nights sleep.. When we gave feedback to the person at the front counter and advised we were checking out early because the room was so hot and beds were bad, we did not get any assistance or response from her. She was disinterested , not effort was made to fix the problem or apologize for the bad amenities.

There are better hotels close to LAX

This isn't the worst hotel I've ever stayed in but it's definitely not the nicest either. We stayed here slowly because it was inexpensive. However, the hotel is in desperate need of updating. The worst part about this hotel was it didn't feel clean. There were even a couple of long strands of hair stuck to the door of the bathroom which was pretty gross. The windows were so filthy, you couldn't even see clearly out of it. It had a black, filmy-ness on it. The staff was nice enough and the room was relatively quiet, although I could hear people our neighbors every now and then as the walls are obviously not thick. It wasn't a horrible experience but I would want to stay in a nicer, cleaner hotel the next time I'm in LA.

Pros: The lobby was beautful
Cons: The rooms
Location: Nothing near the airport. But it is good if you are waiting for a flight the next day.
The AC did not work well and was barely cool in the room and the tv was quite old with limited channels.

A two star hotel at best!!!

Location: Near Airport
Horrible experience. Great greeting at door by car service but downhill after that brief encounter. Found garbage left in trash can from previous guest, mattresses were of poor quality and the television was about a 20 inch screen with about 10 channels only 2 or 3 were visible through the snow. Left early in the morning 9:30 to do some sight seeing and when we got back at 4:00 our room was still not serviced even though we put the please service room outside the door when we left. Tired and could not relax in our room. Called down to housekeeping and they picked up phone and then hung up on us. Called again and told us would be right up. After 45 minute wait, called down to front desk twice, picked up and hung up on us again first time and then could not get an answer when called back. Went down to front desk and told them either send someone now or get us a new room. Fed up with a tired family went out to eat, at another hotel as prices here were ridiculous, Star Bucks a dollar more a cup than hotel next door. Returned finally to a room that was cleaned. Worse service I ever received and could complain abut check out and shuttle service, but if you choose to stay here expect this to be of the same poor service quality.

Old tired rooms. Close to LAX

Lobby was beautiful but rooms were very dated . The old 20" t.v. was pathetic. Bathroom was also dated and had ceramic tiles clued to the back edge of the bathtub. Mold in tub area. Roof leak stains on the ceiling. Desk lamp did not have a visible plug anywhere nearby to plug it in. Restaurant food was outragesly expensive.
