“Not Impressed”

It was not that bad, I think the price is a little high for this type of hotel. The continental breakfast was not that good, It was limited in stock. There was no fresh fruit. the coffee was bad a low grade type was used. not good at all. I went to Starbucks to get a good cup of coffee. The bed was lumpy. so I could not sleep very well. too me, it is good for a one night stay. I would have to go to a more exspensive hotel if i were to stay a bit longer. It was a little bit better than a Motel six. I really dont like to DISH on the hotel. It could be brought up tp speed with the right staff. and an upgrade in accommodations. If they dont improve their situation I dont think I will stay there again all in all I would give them a 6 out of 10. If corporate could see clear to make changes This hotel could be saved from becoming a lower end motel.

Area recommendations

Ronald Reagan Museum. and the local foothills, Chatsworth Park. Stoney Point Rock If you like to go climing. I grew up out here from the age of 9. It has changed alot. The west San Fernado Valley is still one of the nicest aeras to see. The west valley is still the best place in the San Fernando valley. I can write a book but there is not enough room.

“Disappointed”

The hotel wasnt as it was pictured, the neighborhood was bad. On several occasions we went to the front desk clerk to ask about little things like the nearest church or the massage spa next door. She didnt know anything, not even an "I'll try to find out and get back to you". Also, we wanted to access pay per view to watch the Pacquiao-Marquez fight, this hotel had no access to PPV. Furthermore, I was charged $100 on my credit card that I do not was for. I still need to hear back from them

“Upsetting experience”

The air conditioner rattled constantly, the shower drained really slow so you are standing in water, no fresh fruit at the continental breakfast, and the jacuzzi wasn't hot. The biggest plus was the mattress was more comfortable than most cheap hotels.

“Ramada”

Good service. Comfortable. Quiet. Convenient to 118 Freeway.

Area recommendations

If you've got kids and are staying around the hotel, there is a library a block away and a great park near the corner of Mason and Devonshire. There is also a great place to climb rocks at Topanga near the 118. Six Flags and Universal City Walk are close. Disneyland is an hour away.

“Value for Money”

I am really impressed with the hotel cleanliness. They do also have a swimming pool to relax on a hot-summer. Its within 20mile reach to hollywood which is not bad. Overall I am happy with Ramada Inn and I recommend for my fellow travellers.

“Good Rate and Acceptable Location--But Dated & Dirty”

This hotel fit my budget and location requirements, but it was pretty run down. The jacuzzi was lukewarm and filled with six teens. There were also funky smells throughout the hotel. I am surprised Ramada would accept these conditions from a franchisee.

“Can't wait to go again”

Ramada Inn in Chatsworth was centrally located for our trip.

Area recommendations

Chatsworth is centrally located in the northwest of the San Fernando Vallley in CA. and depending on what you are there for it is most convenient for travel in the Valley.

Getting there

Getting there is easy. If you fly into Burbank Airport just get on the 101 freeway to the 405 freeway then to the 118 and get off at De Soto. Or if you are driving easy access to all freeways.

Getting around

easy access to shopping, dining, movie theaters. easy access to the MetroLink to travel downtown or into Simi Valley.

Shopping

easy access to Northridge Mall, Topanga Plaza Mall, Fallbrook Mall and Walmart.

Dining

So many places to dine, too many to name. Coffee Shops were the normal. Best dining for dinner is Michael's at the Woodlake Bowl. Brent's for breakfast and of course all the fast food places you can think of as well as pizza places.
