Tired hotel

The hotel is relatively clean but the hotel needs refurbishing. Pillows and linens seem old.

Good for quick business trip

This hotel has a hot tub and a decent sized rooms with a very comfortable bed. I'd recommend this hotel for short business trips but not an extended stay..... Not much to do in the area

Pros: nothing
Cons: needs new management
Location: location is good
the staff was no help and the restaurant closes for dinner. the gym was never open. the internet service never worked. then the receptionist tried to charge me for Expiedias mistakes. they made a copy of my drivers license and credit card. I told them i didn't want them to do that and they said that was hotel polices. then after i left they refused to trash the copies of my personal information. this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and will never stay their again.

Cool historic building

The hotel is in a cool old building. It was updated most likely in the 90s and a few small updates since then like flat screen TVs. Overall, the experience was good, the staff was super friendly. The less good: Don't go out at night, rolling blackouts, lots of freeway noise.

Room not as nice as hotel exterior

While the exterior and lobby of the hotel appeared nice- even impressive- in website photos, the rooms did not match up. The hotel looks inviting from a distance, like in those zoomed out photo shots, but when you get up close you can see the age of the hotel. Only the flat screen t.v.s seemed to be one of the newer items in the room. It's like they tried to throw in a few new items - the t.v.s and the bathtub/shower - but didn't do a complete renovation so it looked mix matched. Also, I didn't like the fact that the hotel had recently phased out free continental breakfast and instead offered a one size fits all eggs & bacon breakfast for a nominal fee. One the bright side, the hotel management was accommodating when we requested extra towels and pillows.

Staff useless

Never stay at a Ramada again, with a paid RSVP they were not able to give me room . BS
