“Sofort wieder!”
Haben im 18. Stock mit Blick auf Downtown LA (seitl. konnte man das Hollywood-Sign sehen)gewohnt. Hotel sehr sauber, haben mit 4 Personen (2 Erw/2 Kinder, viel Gepäck)ausreichend Platz mit 2 Queen Size Betten gehabt. Klimaanlage sehr leise und gradgenau einstellbar. Poolterrasse im 5. Stock klein und ab 16:00 Uhr schattig, aber es gbt ja so viel anderes zu tun und zu sehen...

“Great place to explore Hollywood”
Can't say enough good things about this hotel! View from our window was fabulous. Access to attractions was unbeatable. The room was very clean and comfortable and staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again! Only complaint - would like to have a fridge in the room that's usable. There was a stocked fridge, but you couldn't put you own items in it.

“smack dab in the middle of Hollywood”
This was a great pick for our trip to Hollywood. I didn't want to rent a car, so being able to get everywhere with either public transportation or walking was very important. The central location of the Renaissance made it very simple. Bus stops and metro station right in the same block, what else can you ask for. The rooms are very specious and clean. Nicely decorated and very cheerful. We were lucky and had a room on the 13th floor with view of the Hollywood Hills! I was in heaven! Only downside was that the plumbing is loud (probably in every room). This is especially annoying if it happens at 3:00AM when people come back from partying all night and you are trying to get a good nights rest. Extra brownie points for the hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet is out of this world good. Fresh, plentyful and with the friendliest service you can hope for. Thank you, to Carlos, the Manager, for being so helpful, kind, and attentive. You and your staff are exceptional and the best! The concierge service was not all that great - when asked what we could do with a 1/2 day left on Friday, she came up with things that we had already done at the beginning of our trip (she knew we had been there for a while) and mentioned things that would take all day (i.e. Universal Studio tour). I was not overly impressed with her. If I get back to LA sometime, I'll stay there again in a heartbeat.
“fabulous renaissance”
From the moment you arrive you are greeted by a very friendly staff. Rooms are extremely comfortable and hotel housekeeping could not be more accomodating. The location to everything is Perfect!!!!! The pool is lovely and the water temperature is extremely comfortable. Walk through pool area and right to a mall!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Hollywood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Fantastic location for 1st timers”
This was in a fantastic location, stepping straight out onto Hollywood boulevard, and right next door to chinese Mans Theatre, full of shopping and restaurants. Our first time to LA was perfect because of this location. We hired a car during the day to check out Beverley Hills, Rodeo Dr, Santa Monica, universal studios, etc and in the evening we could wander around Hollywood B. With 2 children we felt safe all the time although a few weirdos were around. Very clean and fancy hotel, great staff and service. Definately recommend this Hotel!

“Wonderful hotel and location”
Rooms are beautiful and service is first class. Lovely pool and gym. Expensive, but if you can get a discount it is totally worth it.
