Quiet and a bit away from downtown, but very easy to access downtown Long Beach by the bridge. Nice walking trail nearby. Rooms large and well appointed.

very nice clean room and hotel. included breakfast was great. there are no amenities directly around the hotel but it is only a short walk, scooter, or car across the bridge to lots of options

We stayed one night before our cruise. Hotel is very clean with large rooms, kitchens with full fridge and great views of the port. Staff is friendly and check-in was seamless. There was a good variety of options for breakfast.

Ceiling light fixture leaked onto the kitchen floor overnight and I slipped in a puddle I couldn’t see. The staff was friendly but they didn't do anything but remove my parking for 1 day for me slipping in a puddle of water that leaked from their light fixture. I also took a video. As far as views it’s beautiful at night, but there was also a lot of trash in the harbor and it looked disgusting to view during the daytime.

Merissa at the check in desk was fantastic! We waited a little longer for an 11th floor suite which had amazing views. She took great care of us. All staff were just on top of their game. Highly recommended.

I have enjoyed my stay here! It is convenient to the ship port (@ a 15 - 20 min walk along the water). Check out time is 12, which is much better than many hotels. There is nothing around the hotel, so you either have to eat at an expensive restaurant 10 min walk away or cross the Long Beach Bridge, which is a maybe 20 min. walk to get to the touristy shopping area of Long Beach. There's also a pretty walk by the water away from the restaurants (it's hard to describe, but you can look at a map). The hotel was nice. There's a beautiful lap pool outside, but alas, it was too chilly to swim. The breakfast was awesome (could of used some more fresh fruit would be my only complaint). Our TV did not work when we checked in. I called the front desk and it was Immediately taken care of and the people who worked on it were friendly and fun. The other staff that I encountered were helpful. The work out room was ample, but needs a new floor. I def. would recommend this spot if you need somewhere to chill before your cruise. If you're not cruising, I'd recommend the busier side of Long Beach.

Comfortable stay
Stayed one night pre cruise. Comfortable hotel. Very clean. Great front desk service whether for checkin or questions. Comfy beds. I didn’t use the full kitchen but would be great when staying longer. Walking distance to aquarium, shopping and restaurants. Nice view being it is right by the harbour.
