Nice hotel good for family.

I enjoyed my stying at this hotel. Nice lobby and clean room . Breakfast and Internet access was include in the room price . Landry was avalable. I recommend this great hotel for family. The only thing I don't like the parking is coast 17$ daily .

Location: We enjoyed Aquarium, Queens Mary, walking paths and restaurants.
We had a very good time at long beach. We enjoyed the nice views, beach and food.

perfect stay before our cruise

Pros: Location, friendly staff,free shuttle,clean rooms. Basically we loved everything about this place!
Location: Right on the water,free shuttle to all the attractions. Walking distance to Queen Mary, cruise port.Excellent location.
Got in early-they had a room available for us. The man who checked us in was amazing! He gave us all kinds of info and pointed us to the FREE shuttle that took us all around Long Beach. Our room was fantastic and the location was perfect. The only problem was we were only there for one night before our cruise. I would have loved to stay a lot longer. They also had a wonderful breakfast in the morning and they happily called a taxi for us to get to the port. It was close enough to walk but since we had luggage we chose not to. This was an excellent start to our vacation. You will not be sorry to stay here!

Pros: Location
Cons: Noise from the heating. It was very but I really mean very noisy
Location: Convenient for Queen Marry visit
This hotel is conveniently located for somebody who wants to visit Queen Marry or Long Beach. Queen Marry is walking distance and there is a free bus to Long Beach. Price was about the right. The hotel was clean and employees friendly. Breakfast was included. We had to pay for parking. There was one thing why I can not rate it Excellent and that is the noise out of the heating. Hotel on this level should do better.

I booked these rooms for an overnight stay prior to boarding our cruise ship. We had some difficulty with the condition of one of the rooms and some inconveniences due to hotel maintenance but the staff was friendly and made immediate concessions for us. Over all the hotel is clean. Breakfast was hot and it's close to the port.

Clean but disappointed

Would be rated higher if the price for our dog wasn't ridiculously high. I think 100 dollars a night is excessive even factoring in the extra cleaning fee.

Wonderful stay

We came to stay for two nights after a cruise. The hotel was along the river across from some oil refineries. Within walking distance to the Queen Mary. Beautiful view of downtown San Diego at night. Wonderful breakfast in the Morning. Friendly staff! Would stay here again.

The staff was wonderful, they helped with any "extras" we needed, the breakfast was just enough, and the location was perfect for our needs. Having the passport stop just outside was another bonus! I would definitely stay again.

Great, relaxing place to stay

The hotel was clean, tidy and modern. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bus into the restaurants etc goes from right out the front, it's free, and it takes 9 mins to get there. This hotel is quiet and right on the water for relaxing views. I will stay again next time I am in the area. It was value for money, and there was plenty of space in the room for our luggage.
