Cons: Nothing. Everything was great!
Hotel is inexpensive, clean, safe, has a friendly staff, and serves a yummy breakfast! Because of the kitchen, I could cook my daughter a home-cooked meal - another plus! I will be returning to this hotel to visit my daughter who is attending CSULB. I am so glad that I found my regular place to stay when I'm in Long Beach.

Pros: Great to have a kitchen .
Location: not a lot to do near by.
Stayed for five nights. Best prt of the stay were the staff very helpful and informative.

Cons: 1. breakfast menu 2. Marriott's members should be rewarded 3. LAX airport transfers - Shuttle bus
DEFICIENCIES: 1.Could not obtain a copy of account because the booking was made through Expedia 2. Marriott booking was made because I am a Marriott's reward member. It appears that reward points are not allocated.

Pros: Breakfast was great.
Location: Location was good
First room was right on the main street you could hear the traffic. Switched rooms to the back of the building. No internet access because this unit was too far from the main building. Both rooms has an extreme strong odor of what smelled like a carpet cleaner. No trash cans in any of the rooms.

It looks like an one bed like apartment. Clean, well maintained and we enjoyed our stay here. The internet that comes with the room is basic good for reading news but streaming would require paying 5$ extra which is OK and acceptable.

Pros: Very well trained staff, especially on Sat. evening, who quickly printed out a boarding pass for me.
Cons: A map of the immediate vicinity would be helpful. Nearby streets are not on the tourist booklet.
Location: A bit out of the way if you want to walk to beach/pier activity. Car/cab necessary.
I always hate running around for ice, but when I opened the door to the freezer there were ice cubes!! Plus, glasses which were actually glass! What a pleasant surprise. Ssh, don't tell anyone, but if you want strawberry sauce & chocolate bits on your Belgian waffle, with whipped cream...it's right there. Best the mild coffee was perfect.

Rien à redire. Parfaite résidence. Seul point négatif , notre appartement donnait sur l arrière de la résidence dans l ombre....petit déjeuner excellent, et service de lave et sèche linge parfait.
