“Great Location”

Not the actual RITZ, but perfect location. For a 2 Star hotel we were very nervous, but where surprisingly satisfied. The security guard woman was very friendly and was able to help with items our room needed. Only one complaint is they ran out of towels around 9pm and we had to wait until the next day for housekeeping to come in and wash. All in all perfect location, great price, enjoyed our stay. Also the self made Waffle machine they have for continental breakfast was a plus. YUM YUM!!!

“Felt like I was in a movie from the 1920's...”

Nostalgic...clean and located in an excellent spot to stay when downtown LA lifestyle is the target...

“Great hotel for a great deal!”

It was very spacious, we had a king size bed and a sofa bed. It was like a small suite, pretty classy. The bathroom was a nice size as well. There was also a rather large entryway with another sink and mirror, like a mini powder room. The free breakfast was nice, but pretty simple.

“Great but one problem”

The bathroom shower was awful. I could barely get any water to pump out of the dirt shower head and it took me over 1 hour to get a decent shower.

“Ritz Milner”

The Ritz Milner Hotel was a pleasant place to stay. The room was nice and clean and even though the bed was a little firm and the bathroom was tiny I was plenty comfortable for the night. The hotel is very close to just about everything downtown. Dinner at Roy's is just around the corner and there are some decent bars just a couple blocks away.

“great for the price!”

My girlfriend and I with another couple went to a concert at staples center on oct. 6 We stayed at the Ritz Milner. I read most of the positive reviews and all the negative ones, and I have to say I was a little worred, but when we got there we had a great experince. Yes the rooms are small, Yes in some rooms when you use the camode (if you are a 6'3" like me) it was a little cramped. but hey, if you don't feel like spending 400.00$$$ on a room where you are just spending 6 hours in, like us then the Ritz Milner is the place. People friendly, 100 year history, great entrance, and the bartender at the pub they have was HOT!!! nice side tatoo. great price and only 5.00$ to staples. safe area.

“Good location”

My buddy and I got a suite for basketball tournament at Staples Cntr and were pretty happy. Heard that normal rooms had super small bathrooms. Suite had normal smallish sized bathroom. 3 block or so walk to Staples Center. Nice free breakfast.

“Everything for a Comfortable Stay”

It was conveniently located and one block from the 7th Street Metro station. Our room was pleasant with a window that opened so we could enjoy the pleasant air. The mattress was comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water with good water pressure. The room had a coffee pot and hair dryer and there was closet and bureau space as well as a desk, also a clock. We didn't use the TV but the room had one. The wifi worked just fine and there was a nice breakfast buffet with generous hours--both complimentary. The elevator got us quickly to the 10th floor. There was also a friendly bar for a drink at the end of the day.

“Review of Ritz Milner”

Good value for the money. It is an old hotel but clean and comfortable. Good location as it is very close to the Nokia theatre and downtown area. The free WIFI feature was good and fast. The breakfast (included) was good. Overall, I recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a good location, on a budget and looking for a safe, clean and comfortable environment.
