Bull-Tique flair

Pros: Strong WiFi
Location: All the basics are close The Pantry café and LA Live are a 15 minute walk / IHop across the street, Denny' around the corner , 2 blocks to mall
To a friend Last minute, on a tight budget, it worked for one night / but one night only The breakfast helped balance out the stay. Older hotel Watch out for the downtown LA water taste (coffee " uugh") Don't leave food out in your room Don't expect quiet on the lower floors back of the hotel - request a street side room. Bring an electrical extension cord. Make sure the door latches when its closed. Come prepared, the desk staff probably won't be of much help

Beware!!!!!

Pros: The lobby.
Cons: Almost everything could be improved including the nasty attitudes of the employees.
Location: Near Staples Center and Downtown LA
When we arrived, the desk could not find our reservation. After ten minutes they finally found it but told me I could only have a room with one bed. I told them that when I made the reservation, I only made it because a room with tow twins was available. They pretty much told me I was wrong and lying. I pulled up the reservation and showed them. I was right. They never apologized. They said they did not have a clean room with two twins and that they would have to get one ready. This really made me wonder about the hotel since it was now 9:30 PM. We finally got a room after 45 minutes of waiting. The lobby nice but the room was disgusting. Other than the lobby, the entire place was pretty much disgusting. The hand towels had obviously been used. When I pulled back the covers, the sheets had hairs in them. The TV did not work. We were so sickened we could hardly sleep. There was no hot water to take a shower. In the morning there was hot water but it literally trickled. We checked out as quickly as could in the morning. The desk clerk never bothered to ask how our stay was. Maybe they did not want to know.

Never going back

No cold water in the shower, had to take a scorching hot shower even after they "fixed" it, and the air conditioner was on full blast but still hot in our room, never recommending this place to anyone unless I hate them

Walking distance to convention center, no parking at hotel, would be nice if you had option to check out a fridge & microwave. Breakfast was good
