A hidden gem in Santa Clarita. It’s not a new motel but they make the effort to keep the rooms in good working order and clean. Definitely a good experience for an affordable price.

Room was dirty, it appeared it was in the middle of being renovated. The floor was bare wood that may have been the subfloor. The nightstands and dresser top had sticky spots, the shower had someone’s hair trimmings (shaving remnants), on the tile wall.

We were pleasantly surprised with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. This was a budget friendly motel so we assumed it would just be a bed to sleep in and nothing more. The front desk called us to make sure we were still coming, which was courteous rather than giving away our room. The room itself was well cleaned and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable. There was a micowave and refrigerator, which helped since breakfast is not included here. Only a couple of things were unfortunate. It is located on a busy street next to the railroad tracks. It was louder during the night. Also, the temperature limiting device in the shower kept our shower from getting normally warm. Its a safety feature, but was a bit annoying. Overall, we would stay here again if we were needing to stay somehere nice enough, but also save money.

Large room with refrig and micro. Everything very neat and clean. Man at reception desk was very friendly and helpful. Friday night traffic on street was heavy, but our room was in the back so that cut down on the noise. It’s a great travel stop at a great price.

There was plastic left from before my boyfriend and i got there. Not only that, but when he and I were doing our normal inspection for bugs we found USED BANDAIDS under the bed frame. There was also no latch on the door which would have made us feel much safer. The drain of the tub was broken, the power cord situation was a mess, and was just overall nowhere near what we thought it was going to be.

Best Motel outside of LA
Talk about a gem of a hotel, the room was in emaculate condition, service was top notch, and i slept like a baby every night. Definitely check this place out if your ever in the Santa Clarita location.

This motel is on a busy street and you can hear the traffic. It didn’t bother me but might not be good for light sleepers. It clean and comfortable and close to many restaurants.

You get what you pay for. It's nothing flashy at all but if you are trying to save a few bucks then it's a decent place to stay. They did use enough cleaning solution to cover up the smell of a dead body so there's that. I'm always skeptical of overdoing it on the cleaning aspect but yea. Place was decent.

Clean: Good value stay
It was a good value for the money. The service was great, I had a burnt out bulb and they replaced it right away. The room was clean but the smell of the cleaning products was overwhelming
