Feels more like a studio apartment than a hotel.Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: Cleaner rooms. Better lighting (it was dark until the light warmed up and became really bright).
Location: Very much Korea central and residential area. Felt safe and had several restaurants nearby.
For this price, this hotel was a good find. Near the meeting location I needed to be and my 24 Fitness gym. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Horrible tight parking garage below and if you aren't in early then you have to double park and they hold your key to move cars in and out of hotel and the streets. Staff was very professional, welcoming and helpful. Room had dusts in places, coffee maker was broken and the cabinet was low quality but was overall for this price, this was not a bad find.

Reason for Expedia offering a valuePosted Jul 18, 2014
This was rated as a 3 star hotel, Base boards in room had months of built up dirt. No ice available at hotel om hot days First day they brought ice all remaining days said it was not available, Not in hotels controll bit woke up each morning to jackhammeroing of the street out side, Night notice to load to rest easy.

Never again.Posted Jul 12, 2014
Let's start with parking. There are around 23 parking spots in the garage. Once they fill up you are told to double park your car and leave your keys at the front desk. Which I think is outrageous. I double parked and let them call my room. The inside of the hotel smells wet, old and musty. There's like 4 floors and it takes at least 5 minutes for the elevator to come. The lady at the front desk looked like she didn't want to do her job and provided no information other then "here's your door keys and wifi password". the hotel room (king size) looked exactly like the picture. However, white bed sheets? And I could see spots on them! Bath towels where not soft and there is no frig or microwave. Latin is not in the best part of the city. About 30 minutes from universal city.

Comfortable in the cityPosted Jun 29, 2014
Room was comfortable and safe. Especially like the gated parking garage. However the build ing is kind of old and the heats have musty smelly. The room was clean and the bed was good.

Close to staples centerPosted Jun 23, 2014
Needed to be close to staples center in LA so booked this hotel, it was great. Very modern, staff welcoming, rooms clean. Great place to sleep, no extras so I ironed my clothes beforehand.

Near Koreatown.Posted Jun 18, 2014
My boyfriend and I stayed here when we were going to a Dodgers game. Not to far from Sunset, where you can bar hop a little before the game.

Safe neighborhood, easy access to downtownPosted May 22, 2014
Nice room. Wish there was a place to hang clothes. Would have liked an iron and board. They had donuts and coffee in lobby but pretty spare with no cream. I would, however, stay there again -- making it my LA place to stay.

Decent hotel. Needs some artwork in the roomsPosted May 9, 2014
Pros: Great location. Clean and great price.
Cons: Artwork on walls and improved lighting.
Location: Korean food for miles if that is your thing. Otherwise I strongly recommend a visit to Beer Belly on 6th and Western. Awesome food and beer!
Good hotel. Feels like a converted apartment building. Quiet neighborhood. The lighting in my room was way to bright, and there was only two small bedside lamps to offset. Need either a floor lamp or dimmer switch. The bed was nice, the room was clean. The walls were bare, except for a floor standing mirror and a TV hanging. It needs some artwork, like in the lobby...something to make the room seem less clinic like...
