The staff was very helpful. There was a voicemail from the front desk, asking if everything was okay in my room. When I ordered room service, someone called within fifteen minutes to be sure we were satisfied with our food. The hotel is clean, the food is excellent, and the staff is helpful.

Room service ends at 11pm which is a bit early. But I love the spacious room we got. Very clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I will stay here again next time I'm in town. Overall, I loved it!

The hotel was a nice surprise. I don't expect high-end at a Sheraton... the one we had for years in my town was horrid! The employees behind the desk were friendly, intelligent and helpful. The room was beautiful and quite large, much bigger than I expected! And everything felt quite grand!

Stayed at this hotel after our wedding reception and it was the best choice we could have made. The staff was very helpful. They went out of their way to get me connected with a local florist so that I could get flowers delivered to my room. Room was clean and big! My wife loved it!
