“Can't wait to go back!”
We really enjoyed out stay. The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. We slept great. We can't wait to go back.
“Tres bon hotel”
Hôtel situé dans le centre de Los Angeles dans un centre commercial. Accès facile aux autoroutes pour ce rendre dans les différentes banlieues. Excellents personnels. Chambre très propre. Les seuls points négatifs sont le tarif du parking assez élevé et chambre un peu bruyante. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.
“Excellent Downtown Hotel”
As a first time visitor to LA, This hotel fully met all my expectations. The staff were friendly and accommodating, room was in great condition, comfy, bright and had a great balcony. Facilities were great! On my return to LA, i will definitely return to this hotel!

“Great hotel for USC games”
Hotel was downtown LA only 2 miles from the USC campus. Underneath the hotel is a mall with food court, so you can get most things you need right there without ever leaving!

Great hotel accommodations. Comfortable rooms (as always), spacious bathroom, cozy beds, elegant lobby sitting area & fast response time to request from house-keeping. Another great accommodation is the access to Macy's & other stores through the lobby.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The food at the bar was excellent, I highly recommend the tortellini. The martinis were great, too! I will be back.
“Nice hotel close to train station”
The hotel room was clean the bed and pillows very comfortable.The train station across the road was excellent and we were able to go places at our leisure.The shopping centre below the hotel was a good place to get a coffee during work hours but most of the places closed early.Pity about the charge for the use of the internet considering this hotel would be used by people on business.
“Classy”
This hotel is classy and elegant. Don't let the typical downtown L.A. exterior fool you. Inside is an opulent, luxurious hotel lobby with a friendly, professional staff. How convenient that the other hotel entrance leads into a shopping plaza! Overall, a very satisfying experience and I will stay there again.
