“Hotel sleeping has never been more comfortable!”

This is the second time I've stayed at a Sheraton Hotel. I've never had a better sleeping experience. They have the most comfortable beds of all.

“Good for Business”

The hotel was above average, with a great location close to the convention center and shopping! I stayed overnight at the Sheraton Pasadena since I had a business meeting at the Convention Center. The Sheraton shares a parking garage with the convention center, so I was able to keep my car in the garage and avoid paying for parking in both locations. The laundry was located in the parking garage, so it smelled nice - Loved that! When a 4.4 earthquake hit in the early morning some other hotel's elevators stopped working, but the Sheraton's was working fine.

“Comfort and location”

Very comfortable hotel close to Old-town Pasadena. No need for car to get to restaurants, shops, etc. Suggest skipping the hotel restaurant.

Within easy walking distance of shopping, food, entertainment -- a perfect locaion. Very comfortable room, hotel with all the amenities and wonderful service. Will definitely stay here again.

Very happy with our both stays there. Very warm service there from doorman to restaurant. Our baby loved the crib and the couch there both times! He was happy as soon as he entered the room and slept very well there. Both times we felt at home.

“Great weekend-slow elevators”

Great room. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast and happy hour great. World's slowest elevators- I suspect that only one was operating. Will go back if the price is the same.

Was very comfortable. Good facitities. Easy in and out.

Definitely a great place to stay. I will always return to this hotel when visiting Pasadena.

“great hotel in a perfect location”

We really enjoyed this hotel and its location. The room was very comfortable and quiet. We were on the club level, and the breakfasts and evening drinks and snacks were particularly enjoyable. Pasadena is a perfect location for visiting Los Angeles, as it is less hectic and less expensive.
