Needs attention

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: Closeness to the I-10.
Cons: If communication with their staff is as bad as communication with those staying, a LOT of their issues would be improved. But no one seems to care.
Location: Nice location. We stayed there to be close-ish to Universal Studios.
Found out that they had put a hold for $369.00 on my credit card, which was more than the total cost of our stay (which was prepaid). Even though we had booked for 5 (2 adults, 3 kids), they had no provision for the 5th person except to have to pay extra for a rollaway bed. There were 5 of us, but only 3 towels. Found a spider in the bed.

Great Hotel!

Posted Jun 28, 2015
This was a great hotel! Our kiddos loved being able to eat poolside, they felt rich...ha. We accidentally booked a room with one bed for 5 people...they happily changed our room to 2 beds. Everyone who worked there was awesome. Only "problem" we had was when we wanted to eat in the dining room for breakfast straight from the pool and were told to change. That was a pain since our kids wanted to go swim again. However, that was a very small thing. We loved this hotel and will definitely go back!!

A little bit outdated, old looking hotel.

Posted Jun 23, 2015
Location: Walking distance to a small plaza with restaurants.
It is a Sheraton, so in general it is good, but it looks better in the pictures. Once there, it looks old and outdated. Also keep in mind they will charge you $18 for parking. The Wifi connection, while free, was dropping a lot. Clean rooms, friendly staff for sure.

Nice hotel for Dodger games

Posted Jun 8, 2015
Pros: beds and pillows
Cons: Needs a hot tub
Location: Dodgers game
Clean and safe with comfortable beds and great pillows. We enjoyed the hotel and it's location with the only caveat being that we ordered an extra rollaway thru Expedia and and it never arrived.

outdated and noisy

Very noisy air conditioning and extremely outdated hotel in general. It is in desperate need of a major remodel. The location is great though

Nice area!

Posted May 11, 2015
Pros: Location was great!
I booked a room for three people and was given a king size bed, which didn't make sense. But they were able to give me a room with two double beds. The room was nice and clean. It would have been nice to have a fan in the bathroom for steam. The floor was slick and I slipped, tweaking my back a bit. Overall, I feel that given the size of the room, I could probably have found a better value but it was comfortable.

great location

Posted May 6, 2015
I chose it for its extremely convenient location, right next to the Convention Center. Lobby and restaurants much nicer than the hallways and rooms. Room lacked that coziness or comfort that we'd all like to feel. Parking is a little awkward and confusing because of the hotel being adjacent to the Convention Center.
