Enjoyed stay. Great location and area of LA, felt totally at home and comfortable. Hotel staff very friendly! Nice european touches, french soaps and evian water.

“very pleased with Sofitel LA”

I knew after reading reviews that this place would be fab and it did not disappoint. All the staff were so friendly and the hotel was clean and had a trendy atmosphere. We did not park at the hotel as it was quite expensive for valet parking so we parked across the street for a third of the cost (we had no problems parking there and we were there for a week) I will definitely stay here again when I visit LA!

“One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in”

This hotel is amazing in its self but the staff make it all the more so. Wecoming, friendly, helpful, very mannerable and very efficient. They really made the stay for me. Not to mention the beds, wow you just sink into those. The maid turned down the beds every evening, and also replaced any towels and had a tidy round. Excellent standards of service and housekeeping. Loved the decor of the hotel, one of the nicest I have stayed in. The outdoor pool had the fluffiest towels and was a very quiet peaceful place considering its locality. The doormen are worth a mention too, their service and again manners were excellent. They were extremely helpful and made you feel nothing was too much trouble for them. Great location, and the Beverly Centre and the Hard Rock Cafe are all on the doorstep. I can't fault one thing about this hotel and highly recommend it, amazing value for money.

“Great stay”

The hotel is in a perfect location. We were across the street from the mall, we were a few minutes away from Rodeo Drive, Hollywood Blvd, and Sunset Strip. The staff are super helpful and on point. No complaints. The hotel is currently being renovated so we were a little disappointed we didn't get to see the Sofitel at it's best. The beds are amazing! I travel on a weekly basis for work so I know a good hotel bed and this hotel definitely had it! LA was great, first time for this native New Yorker;) Enjoy your stay.

Very nice hotel! Very friendly staff and lovely facilities. Would stay here again. Across the road from Beverly centre (mall) and on the tourit bus line.

“What a view!!”

I had an amazing time at this hotel. It was within walking distance to the most amazing restaurants. Famous ones! The food was to fantastic for breakfast and dinner. I had requested to be NOT on the street side as I read a review complaining of the noise. Much to my surprise, I was put on the Penthouse floor with a view of the Hollywood Hill. The entire wall was a window! It had power/remote window blinds that went down. And a turn down service too! Way cool. Would definately recommend it!!! Plus! Plus! Plus!

“A Good Experience”

From the valet parking, registration, room comfort and service, we have no complaints. All were friendly and helpful. Be sure to get a room facing the Hollywood Hills unless you want to look at the walls of the Beverly Center.
