I stay here when visiting the office. the hotel is very clean, excellent rooms, friendly staff.

Spacious room with kitchen including full refrigerator, 2 burner stove, cabinets, and sink to wash dishes. The sheets smelled even when I got a new set they smelled funky which made me very uncomfortable. I usually bring my own set but forgot. Good value for the room location was fine, I was comfortable with my family there. When I needed something there was a walmart 3 minutes away. I would stay here again. It was was spacious enough for one adult and three kids, sofa pulled out to a bed.

Pros: The rooms had a nice up to date feel. The kitchens were well stocked.
We were disappointed on arrival as we had been told an early check in would not be a problem and our room was not ready. We needed to check in one hour early to get dressed for our daughters wedding. After twenty minutes of discussion, the cleaning crew fot,to our room and we checked in 30 minutes early. Gave us 10 minuts to get ready. When we retunred to the room that night, parking was an issue. Our room was in the front of the building above the lobby. We could hear everyone that came in and once the free breakfast started, sleep was impossible. I think the noise would only be a factor in the small number of rooms right above the lobby,

The smell coming from the HVAC system matters tooPosted Feb 25, 2014
All was above expectations: clean, comfortable suites, great breakfast, friendly staff. However, the moldy-stuffy smell that hits you every time you walk into your room makes the whole experience negative. Had we not been checking in after 7 PM with two toddlers and checking out the next morning, I would have refused to stay in this suite. In case anyone from the hotel is wondering, it was suite 2021. BTW, they did not ask how everything was when we checked out, so it felt pointless to point out the big problem to the receptionist.

Pros: Home like, Clean, Cozy and Friendly Staff
My husband and I got a suite here for valentines weekend and we were so amazed when we walked into the suite. It is literally a one bedroom apartment, nicely cleaned and cozy. When they say it will make you feel like home they really mean it. We felt at home instantly, it was so comfortable and cozy and quiet! The staff is friendly and the pool is also really nice. The stay comes with a complimentary breakfast buffet and the food was actually really good. Not like other places where you only get a bagel and muffins and coffee for breakfast but an actual buffet and a nice area to eat. All the other people staying there were mostly with their children and family and everyone was very nice! We cannot wait to stay here again and since my birthday is coming up soon we just might have to plan another getaway here!!! I would highly recommend these suites to anyone looking for a home away from home, this place is perfect!!!

Pros: Comfortable I slept very well which is unusual for me when I travel.
Cons: Front desk check in process. They need to inform guess about NO elevators before they book you upstairs. Also the dog extra fee.
Location: Chatsworth is not very exciting.
We used Expedia and saved on the room price. The staff took a little time to check us in, not sure why. No elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage request 1sr floor. Rooms have kitchen and family room which is nice. French doors that close off the bedroom is great it kept my room quite I slept while my kids enjoyed TV. The free breakfast has a large varty of foods, juices and fresh coffee. This was truly a nice find.

Wonderful hotel; spacious suites. If you use Expedia to reserve your room. Make sure upon check in you get the room you paid for.
