Bit too far out of LA

Posted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: Good buffet breakfast
Lovely hotel, nice kitchen area, comfy beds. Clean (you have to ask for the beds to be made up at weekends). We were originally given a room overlooking the pool but asked to change as it really was quite noisy. Breakfast was good in nice seating area. The only trouble was it was a bit too far out of LA

Clean Convenient Hotel in the San Fernando Valley

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: The pool and spa are very clean.
Location: The Reagan Library, CSUN, shopping in the San Fernando Valley are all within a comfortable driving range.
The staff is exceptional, loved having breakfast every morning. The pool and spa are very clean. Highly recommended for families, for those visiting CSUN.

Decent hotel

Pool lounger chairs need to be replaced. Hida-couch was very uncomfortable. Ran out of food most mornings and some did not look appetizing. Overall it was an okay experience

Food was subpar. Room was not fully cleaned. Overall an ok stay. Alittle overpriced for the room

Good value for room price

Posted May 31, 2014
Pros: The staff and the facilities.
Cons: The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We simply slept on top.
Location: Some small restaurants and mini-marts near by. The facility is on a residential street, just off a busy intersection.
Our stay was much as advertised and seen on online photos. Breakfast was ample. One bonus: a free evening buffet Tues-Thurs, with wine and beer on tap. Yummy! Disappointment: the pool was being serviced and so was unavailable for the whole time during our stay. The staff, without exception, were kind, thoughtful, going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

Comfortable and Nice Kitchen

Posted May 31, 2014
We stayed there for a night with comfort and the kitchen all the pots n pans to cook a good meal. Overall it was a pleasant night. My only non-comfort was that the sofa bed was very low quality and could feel the sqeeking.

Nice, cozy, pet-friendly hotel

Posted May 23, 2014
The room was spacious and clean and the staff was friendly. The grounds were very well-kept. Our only issue was that they asked for our dog's vaccination papers. We didn't have them with us. It says on their website it is required but nowhere on Expedia does it say it. So be forewarned. And also we wanted to stay longer but it was all booked up. This place is very popular and I can see why!

Outstanding place to stay - kitchen and bbq area

Posted May 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
The suites are very comfortable with a great kitchen. The fire pit and bbq (2 gas grills) were there for guest use. If you are traveling with your family the kitchen and bbq will save you a lot of money versus eating out. The pool area was clean. Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast but it looked good.
