Loved it

Posted Feb 17, 2014
Pros: Location. Comfort of the bed.
Cons: Bathroom is a bit worn out.
Location: Great breakfast at Twains Restaurant next door.
I thought this hotel made for a very pleasant stay. Great location. The only suggestion would be to update the bathrooms...looked kind of worn out. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was friendly and quick. Thanks for a nice stay.

Old hotel that needs work!

Posted Feb 2, 2014
Location is good but hotel is shabby. Room faced road so was very noisy with traffic. Had to park near dumpster so seeing rats in the surrounding bushes was not attractive. It had a nice enough pool but we weren't swimming so really not a factor. Overall I can't recommend this hotel.

Great Value & Convenient

Posted Feb 2, 2014
We enjoyed our experience at this hotel. Great for studio city area if you have a car. Opposite hotel there's Ralph's (groceries & booze) & a few choices for dining and a cafe if you choose to skip the complementary breakfast (pretty basic). Great value. Skip the ground floor if you want complete privacy as the curtains do not close fully due to placement of heater/air conditioning.

Was not what was advertised

Posted Jan 28, 2014
Pros: I liked that we were close to where we were going.
Cons: The pictures of the rooms could be improved.
Location: We were in Studio City for over night. We went to the Universal City Walk and had a great time.
We laughed when we seen the kitchenette...it was a fridge, no counter. The air conditioning didn't work. The continental breakfast did not look fresh...This place would be good to stay at if you just need a place to rest your head..kind of an in and out place. I did book this for four people, bringing friends along, so I was not impressed. The pictures are beautiful showing the place but the pictures must of been altered. We are appreciative people so we were happy the place was available considering we were from out of town.

not good for my family

Posted Jan 11, 2014
we could not get into the reception when we checked in. we could only pass my ID through a small window. breakfast is free but almost nothing to eat. wifi is free but very difficult to log on. bad experience there.
