Great views and location

Posted Nov 19, 2014
Pros: The location and security
Cons: The smell in the room. Carpet freshener maybe?
Location: Close to ports of call
We just needed a place to dump our bags and sleep and this more than fit the bill. The room had a musty sort of smell and the toilet was too noisy to use at night but I would still recommend it to anyone needing a bed and a quick breakfast. Security was great.

Hotel is good for short stay.

We enjoyed our complimentary continental breakfast and the free shuttle service to the port for our cruise. No restaurant but there is one within walking distance. Would choose this place again if cruising out of San Pedro.

Good hotel for price & location

Posted Oct 6, 2014
Wasn't expecting much due to price paid, but turned out better than expected. Good sized room, cold A/C, micro, fridge, clean enough, good location, and felt safe. Looks to be run by a family, although not friendly. Breakfast is a cereal, toast, & banana fare.

Just ok hotel close to the cruise ship terminal.

Posted Oct 6, 2014
Pros: Location right across from the maritime museum.
Cons: Lobby could use a sprucing up. First impression is old and dated.
Location: Maritime museum, beautiful waterfront boardwalk with a small train that will take you to San Pedro.
This hotel was adequate for what we needed it for. We had just come off the cruise ship and wanted to spend the day with our friends who were continuing on the cruise. We decided to take a shore excursion which brought us back to the terminal so we only had a few blocks to go to the hotel. It is a bit dated and smells old but our room was clean and the location was convenient.. The pool was clean but the patio furniture was not. We had an early flight so didn't get to experience the continental breakfast. Staff were pleasant. Overall for the price just ok.
