Iconic hotel with amazing history

Posted Dec 14, 2014
Pros: The movie star history and service
Cons: Getting a stair master for the gym would be nice.
Location: Shopping down Rodeo Drive and Beverly Center are convenient
Right away when one steps out of the car greeted by the valet and the striding up the red carpeted entry way one feels like a movie star. The front staff are always courteous and accommodating to personal requests. The bungalow rooms are quiet and full of history but the rooms in the hotel are brighter and just as beautiful, as is the Polo lounge. Though the food is traditional American, and bread basket good, the difference comes in the wait staff and service. The Beverly Hills Hotel is, for me, most memorable for its excellent service and old age history. A true Beverly Hills experience.

One of the very best luxury hotels in LA

Posted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: rooms were great, staff was great, location is super nice. Bar is fun at night.
Location: Easy walk or cab to Rodeo.
This is the second time I stayed at the BHH and it certainly did not dissapoint. The rooms are consistently nice and generous. Room service was fast and efficient. We used the gym a couple of times, which was great. The location is nice as well - the grounds are incredible but we were able to easily walk or cab to the Rodeo area for the ridiculously expensive shopping on offer there. In summary, you pay alot but you get what you pay for. Just great!

Excellence in Beverly Hills

Posted Nov 13, 2014
Pros: Class with a capital C…. they just get it right, every time. The Polo Lounge is always a delight, and the bungalows are wonderful.
Cons: Please keep everything just the way it is!
Location: A leisurely walk in the suburbs, or a quick drive up Sunset or down to Wilshire Blvd/Rodeo Drive.
As expected, the Beverly Hills Hotel and staff delivered. A regular stop on the way home to Australia, the Beverly Hills Hotel is the perfect place to relax and unwind prior to the big flight. Staff, supervisors and managers are always exceptional, and make you feel very, very welcome.

Muss man mal gewesen sein

Posted Nov 12, 2014
Pros: Die Athmosphäre
Location: Beverly Hills, halt mittendrin.

Worth every penny!

Posted Oct 22, 2014
Pros: Service. Decor. Cleanliness. Amenities. EVERYTHING
Location: Beverly Hills, Sunset Boulevard and Sunset Strip
Amazing Hotel, obviously on the pricier side but worth every penny. We stayed here as a one night treat at the end of our holiday and are now trying to figure out how we could afford to go back and stay there for a week! Make sure you stay in one of the bungalows. Could not fault one thing.

Amazing hotel, great staff

The hotel has an amazing combination of old charm with new facilities and impeccable service. The staff was very accommodating to our 15 month infant and especially the manager Brandon and the valets Mike and Chris. Overall amazing experience and will come back again.

Planning my return!

Posted Oct 12, 2014
We were coming in town for a one day/night business stay. Upon arrival the check in staff offered to give us a tour and some history on the hotel when we asked questions about famous people who stayed there. We were in a hurry so we did not take him up on the offer. It was hours before check in and we asked if we could get in to our room as my business partner was a bit carsick. The room was not ready but the front desk gentleman immediately offered us an upgrade! We also ate at the grill and had cocktails by the pool, all which were wonderful and always met with responsive, friendly staff! We were also able to use the hotel car for our appts in BH and to dinner at Spago which was very convenient. I usually don't stay twice in the same place because I like to explore but I will definitely come back to the BHH when I return to Beverly Hills!
