It's all about the name to justify price!

Posted Jan 25, 2015
Iconic hotel that has great history and still seems to be a meeting place for the Hollywood elite. That said, the hotel is outdated and relies on its namesake to warrant price you are expected to pay for what would be ordinarily a 4 star hotel but for he namesake and celebrity spotting. Still, staff there are first rate so if they did a full refurb then it would justify the hype.

nice hotel close to shopping

Posted Jan 23, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness staff and gardens. Hotel knew it was our 37th wedding anniversary and sent champagne/chocolate covered strawberries to our room to help us
Cons: Maybe the parking fee could be less at hotel.
Location: Right by rodeo drive plenty of shopping and spas which is why we went there.
All I can say is absolutely excellent. Staff were very attentive always calling us by name.

Beautiful hotel

Posted Jan 23, 2015
Cons: A little confuse , the information of credit card isn't clear.
The circumstance is very beautiful and comfortable, such as bungalows, trees and flowers cross together, which is special. Of cause, the room is beautiful, and bathroom is spacious. The bed is comfortable, this make my jet leg disappear soon. The waiters enthusiasm and gentle. I'll back next time.

Feel like a Queen

Posted Jan 19, 2015
Not sure j can add to what's already been said but you feel like a Queen when you stay here. The staff and service were impeccable. Although the property is beautiful and iconic, it's he way they make you feel from the second you walk though he door until the last time you pull away that will make us come back again.

Amazing experience!

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our hotel stay. The staff was amazing, and they made getting around town so easy by having taxis readily available. We will definitely stay there again!

Iconic hotel with amazing history

Posted Dec 14, 2014
Pros: The movie star history and service
Cons: Getting a stair master for the gym would be nice.
Location: Shopping down Rodeo Drive and Beverly Center are convenient
Right away when one steps out of the car greeted by the valet and the striding up the red carpeted entry way one feels like a movie star. The front staff are always courteous and accommodating to personal requests. The bungalow rooms are quiet and full of history but the rooms in the hotel are brighter and just as beautiful, as is the Polo lounge. Though the food is traditional American, and bread basket good, the difference comes in the wait staff and service. The Beverly Hills Hotel is, for me, most memorable for its excellent service and old age history. A true Beverly Hills experience.

One of the very best luxury hotels in LA

Posted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: rooms were great, staff was great, location is super nice. Bar is fun at night.
Location: Easy walk or cab to Rodeo.
This is the second time I stayed at the BHH and it certainly did not dissapoint. The rooms are consistently nice and generous. Room service was fast and efficient. We used the gym a couple of times, which was great. The location is nice as well - the grounds are incredible but we were able to easily walk or cab to the Rodeo area for the ridiculously expensive shopping on offer there. In summary, you pay alot but you get what you pay for. Just great!

Excellence in Beverly Hills

Posted Nov 13, 2014
Pros: Class with a capital C…. they just get it right, every time. The Polo Lounge is always a delight, and the bungalows are wonderful.
Cons: Please keep everything just the way it is!
Location: A leisurely walk in the suburbs, or a quick drive up Sunset or down to Wilshire Blvd/Rodeo Drive.
As expected, the Beverly Hills Hotel and staff delivered. A regular stop on the way home to Australia, the Beverly Hills Hotel is the perfect place to relax and unwind prior to the big flight. Staff, supervisors and managers are always exceptional, and make you feel very, very welcome.
