It was one of the worse hotel for it to be a 3.5 star hotel. The toilet was running the shower was torn the tub around it was mildew. They didn't have a microwave, they didn't give me the right room.

Nice hotel close to visiting family

Posted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: It is Hyatt. Perfect location for us to be close and easy to visit family.
Cons: There was only one night stand and lamp by the bed. There were no chairs, except for the desk chair. Our TV was not connected for two nights.
Location: Close to our family and the 405 freeway.
Staff and food was top notch. Valet parking. Quiet. We came in late one night and could eat in the lounge.

Good

Requested two non smoking rooms with one single and two doubles in the other. One room had only one bed and as there were three people staying in it needed Scott. The other room was a smoking room so not happy about that

Pros: Close to the airport=.
we got in late and they did not have the room we wanted. We needed two beds. They upgraded us to a suite. It only had one bed. It does not mater how big the room is if it only has one bed. And it was strange that the carpet in the room was damp. Everything in the room was damp.

Nice Hotel

This a great hotel. Only downside is that you have nightly paid parking. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are vacationing in the LAX area of Los Angeles.

Overpriced and Shabby

Posted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: The front desk staff was very pleasant and obliging. We had paid for 2 nights when we checked in, but they very obligingly refunded the second night.
Cons: Perhaps they should just close until renovations are completed.
Expected a really nice hotel, considering the hefty price we paid. The reception area was nice, but we were completely taken aback when we got to our room, which was old, dingy, and shabby. Would have been fine if we had gotten a bargain price.

At the discount rate- great value. High rise so it was safe. Hotel is tired but everything is there and clean. Very close to LAX but quiet.

Convenient, clean, and reasonably priced

Posted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: Very clean
Cons: My room key card a problem. It worked the first evening, 4 tries on the next evening, 10 tries on day 3.
My room was "well worn" but very clean and pleasant. My problem was that by the third evening the room key card took 10 tries before it would unlock my door leaving me feeling very vulnerable out in the hallway.
