Great location Friendly and helpful staff Lovely pool Needs to have a wider selection/range to the minibar

No free wifi which is crazy compared to the number of hotels that offer it for free these days. We knew this when booking though. Wifi is $10 per 24hrs. Rooms with an internal door joining them are not at all sound proof. Can easily hear convo's from the room next door practically word for word. Air Con is super loud also but works great~ Just loud. Location is good and car that they offer to drop you off to locations within a 3mile radius is handy. Parking is expensive at the hotel so making use of the car service is handy if you're able to work out the buses to get back. It's pretty easy to work out.

The grafting is in a prime location in west Hollywood, right next to the house of blues. I was there to see my brother play at the troubadour and it was only a twelve dollar taxi there. The staff was really nice and extremely knowledgable about the area. I had my room upgraded to a pool view suite at no extra cost so that was a perk! I definitely recommend the grafton. Although parking is $26 a night, it was worth it for my weekend because parking anywhere is going to be expensive, especially overnight.

Great affordable hotel in a great location. For 7 nights it was perfect.

Fantastic location! So close to the red bus, a short walk to restaurants and bars perfect for exploring LA. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff helpful- A great place thankyou

Per previous reviews, this hotel can be "loud" but this didn't bother us as we were there to enjoy the night life and in fact, we did see hotel staff ask particularly vivacious guests to tone down their behaviour out of respect for others. The maid service was good and the room was good for the money we paid in the location that the hotel is situated at. Agree that the Valet was expensive at $35 a night (we stayed 5 days so ended up paying $175 for Valet excluding tips!) and the car was scratched also but c'est la vie! Overall, I would try another hotel that we saw on Sunset next time for cost purposes but I don't regret staying here.

Really HIP hotel on Sunset. Loved the views and the pool. Unfortunately, it was chilly and overcast so didn't get to take advantage of it. Younger or more "open minded" guests will like this. Not for families....some provocative photos ( I loved them, but some may not!). Was close to excellent restaurants and comfortable room. Bathroom a little "close" but functional. Overall, really liked it!! I'd stay there again!

My only complaint about this hotel is that the mattress is too soft and not supportive. Gave me a sore back. Everything else -- location, staff, decor, cleanliness, valet -- was fine.

Room reeked of vomit. Loud drunk people allowed to make noise in the pool area ALL NIGHT and as early as 7 AM so I NEVER got any sleep. Complaints to front desk were ignored. Guest in room next to me woke me up screaming for help, was being beaten, calls to front desk was ignored twice, had to call police.

Hip decor, bathroom was a little "tired". Staff was very helpful - valet service was great.
