Unexpected Luxury without the luxury price tag!

Pros: Its convenience. Parking included - fab! Well equipped very comfortable, immaculately clean rooms - including fridge, microwave and a good hairdryer!
Cons: The Breakfast Room needs refurbishment and enlarging. The breakfast is excellent given that it too is included - but the area needs a re-think.
Location: Location is perfect for business or holiday. Less than 5 minute drive to Venice Beach. Abbot Kinney Rd adjacent - excellent for wonderful restaurants!
This hotel is wonderfully situated for all of LA! We were there for a week during which we had multiple meetings in various parts of the city - all easily reachable. Very close to Venice Beach and there are several really excellent restaurants close by. Paradigm and Scopa (walkable) to name two. And The Terrace at end of Washington Blvd on the beach. The Hotel sports a comprehensive Take-Out Menu which we were happy to use with success on arrival late at night in pouring rain! The convenience of parking with no extra cost is FANTASTIC! Rooms are brilliantly well equipped - much more than expected for the price! The service is FABULOUS! A call to Reception for extra anything - towels, toiletries - and within 5 minutes there's a knock at your door with your delivery! The Reception staff - particularly Wendy and Ivan - were charming, hands-on & pro-active no matter what your requests. The only slight let-down was the Breakfast Room (breakfast, incidentally, is also included in the Room Charge!) This was too small for the size of the hotel & therefore always crowded. There is signage to tell you that breakfast can also be taken on the terrace by the pool (on the 2nd Floor) or in an area of the Lobby - but because it is self service - this means walking through the hotel with bowls of cereal or hot cups of coffee! Accidents waiting to happen! The breakfast was more than adequate with quite a range of choice including a hot option and a waffle maker - hugely popular with everyone!

Snap LA visit.

Pros: Location, free parking.
Cons: Breakfast.
Location: Close to Venice beach, and the marina. Lots of good places to eat and walk around.
We came for a short visit and wanted a place near the sea, but close enough to downtown LA. This hotel was recommended and had high enough Expedia rating, so we decided to go with it. The location is good, close to Venice beach and Marina Del Ray marina restaurants and promenades. The hotel is decent, the room clean (but a bit small). The free parking came as a pleasant surprise, even when you sometimes need to leave your keys in the lobby. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Pros: Atmosphere. Nice hang out area. Pool. Breakfast
Cons: Parking fees not so great.

Nettes Hotel

Obwohl wir bei der Reservierung über Expedia ein ruhiges Zimmer gewünscht hatten haben wir in der 1. Nacht ein Zimmer zum lauten Washington Blvd. Außerdem hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert (es war Ende Dezember und ungewöhnlich kalt). Aber wir haben einen Elektroofen erhalten und ab der 2. Nacht hatten wir ohne Aufpreis eine ruhige Suite erhalten. Das Frühstück ist wie in bisher allen amerikanischen Hotels, in denen wir waren: kleiner Frühstücksraum (wir hatten aber immer Platz gefunden), Plastikgeschirr, Rührei, Bacon, Light-Joghurt, Bagels (natürlich auch immer Pancakes), Säfte, Kaffee. Venice fanden wir nicht so toll, aber Santa Monica ist nicht weit weg.

Pros: La chambre, le personnel.
Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cet hotel, que je recommande vivement. Aucun point négatif. Si je retourne à Los Angeles et que je dois prendre un hotel, je me redirigerai vers lui directement.

旅なれた人なら楽しめる宿

アメリカ的な作りの機能優先の宿です。泊まった部屋はスイートで、テレビも2台ありました。共有スペースにジャグジーとミニプールがあり楽しめました。また半屋外に暖炉とソファーが置かれていてワインを飲んでまったり出来ます。朝食はワッフルメーカーで自分で焼くワッフルが食べれます。スタッフもフレンドリーで鍵を無くしてもすぐ対応してくれました。最後にここで自転車をかしてくれますが空港からサンタモニカまでの長距離を相当楽しめますよ。アクティブな旅行者におすすめな宿です。
