“Nice Hotel”
Conveniently located downtown. Water feature in lobby a little loud for cellphone calls, but everything else was fine. Nice room, clean, excellent fitness facility, reasonable restaurant options.
“price was right keep it low”
the staff was most helpful and found us a double bedroom pronto! fun area in LA! It is a lovely hotel with lots of activity inside the hotel, exercise area, bars, restaurants and shops, nice !and the outdoor pool is spacious and lots of green space for activity.
“Wish I could have stayed longer!”
I loved this hotel! It was really nice and the staff was friendly. I would have preferred that we park our own vehicle instead of valet because It was a little too pricy, 38 bucks!! Almost 100 bucks including tips everytime yu leave or come back to the building but over all a very good stay!
“Great Location, Great Hotel”
This hotel is located in a very accesible area in Downtown Los Angeles. My experience there was great. Very confortable room and clean. The hotel is very nice, has a great view.
“Heating Problem, Quick and Caring Resolution”
Our trip to the Westin Bonaventure occurred during a rare cold snap in L.A., and waking up our first morning, our room was a frigid 55-degrees. We were most impressed with the hotel's response. We called to report the problem and had an engineer in our room within 5 minutes. He explained that (this being L.A.!) the heating system hadn't been activated. He activated it, explained to us how to use the thermostat, and then offered to move us to another room. We declined, since we could feel the warm air and knew that the problem wouldn't last long--so he insisted on buying our breakfast. Came back up 5 minutes later with a certificate for the nice buffet--and impressed us very much with his friendliness, expertise, and great customer service.
“Excellent Service”
Superlative.
“Westin Rocks”
If you are staying in downtown LA only place to stay is the Westin Bonaventure.
“Underrated hotel”

“beautiful and fabulous hotel”
this hotel was very elegant I would recommend this hotel to anyone mainly adults to stay at they had multiple bars and restaraunts, shopping mall inside the hotel, a bar and restaraunt on the 36 floor that was a revolving bar that goes around 360 degrees so you can view los angeles! the staff were very nice and pleasant. the only thing I didn't like is that you had to pay for valet which was 25.00 a night.
