“Nice hotel”

Great staff clean room. Only complaint was the time it took to wait for the elevators.

“Am booking my next visit already :)”

Great location in Down Town LA with access to business district as well having the night club hotspots just walking distance. Staff were responsive and couldn't be more helpful - it's all in how yo ask I guess... Great city views from my room on the 25th floor. The bathroom could do with an exhaust fan, and complimentary Wi-Fi in the guest rooms would be a bonus but that's a minor critique given that this hotel offers great location accommodation and value for money. Valet Parking available - with drive in and drive out all day, every day.

“Westin Bonaventure Stay”

The experience was well worth it. We felt pampered. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The architecture is something to see while the outside elevators present a great panorama of the downtown area and beyond. What a treat!

“Westin Bonaventure Hotel 5 Star”

Amazing place to stay! They have a heated pool, restaurant inside the hotel, 24 hr gym with actually weights and 24 hr room service (which helps with those 2am cravings). During my stay, I had the king size room which is a bit small, however you don't really notice it. Overall, I definitely recommend this place and would be coming back here soon for my next visit to LA.

“Our Stay at the Westen Bonaventure”

My son and stayed a total of three days at this beautiful hotel. Our room was located on the 15th floor. The room itself was not quiet as big as we expected, but comfortable. There were just a couple of problems we encountered with our room. The first being the tub's drain. It did take a while to drain out the water. Second, was the hotel key card. I had to request two key replacements because the time clock on the door kept denying us access. Not too happy about that especially when coming back to the room early in the morning with hands full of breakfast items and not wanting to distrub a sleeping child! On the positive side, the hotel is very smartly designed with every convenience imaginable. We loved the natural element designs of water and earth in the lobby area. It made us guests feel calm and relaxed while waiting for hotel services. The entire staff from the registration desk, to the garage, as well as security and the restaurant were exceptionally helpful and nice.

“Confortable beds”

Overnight parking a little pricy, room a little to small, queen beds look more like full size. Staff was great, very clean and good location.

Staff is amazing! Got a complimentary upgrade to a suite for my birthday! I would most def stay here again!!

“Wish I could have stayed longer!”

I loved this hotel! It was really nice and the staff was friendly. I would have preferred that we park our own vehicle instead of valet because It was a little too pricy, 38 bucks!! Almost 100 bucks including tips everytime yu leave or come back to the building but over all a very good stay!

“Best downtown area hotel”

This was of the greatest hotels. Every was excellent - cleanliness, restaurants, rooms, ambiance, service, staff. I will definitely be going back. Can't wait!!
