“My favorite hotel so far.”
The Westin's amenities are delightful.
“Great value for the money”
We stayed here when our power was out due to the hurricane-strength winds. Beautiful hotel and good service. My one complaint would be about the restaurant in the lobby. it was so expensive that it cost nearly $100 for breakfast for 4 people after tip. One family member cannot walk far so we didn't have anywhere else to go. If not for that reason, we would never spend that much on a standard hotel breakfast.
“Very Nice Hotel in Pasadena area”
It was a nice one night stay at a top flight hotel
“the bed was so comfy! white down pillowsand sheets! I wanted to bring them home!very good”
i had a very good time in Pasadena and the hotel was excellent!
“Great service... very expensive.”
Everything was great but the prices. Room service for breakfast consisting of egg white omelet, oatmeal, and coffee cost $45. I undrstand that hotels markup but it was too much. On our way home we stopped by Starbucks and subway for breakfast... $12.00
“Nice Place to stay”
We stayed at the Westin when we visit our son in Pasadena. Some times the price is very good on expedia. The location is good for us. The parking is expensive and parking spots are too close together forcing the use of valet. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.
“Nice, clean room in good location in Pasadena”
As always the Westin Heavenly Beds are great.
“Niiiiiiice!”
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If you're in 'Dena, this is the spot you need to stay at.
“nice hotel”
stayed here for 3 nights, nice hotel! the first room is a bit noisy and i swithed to another room in the other side. the location is very convenicent, several blocks to old Pasadena. hotel staff is helpful. but the parking charged 9 bucks a night and can't charge to hotel bill..
