We got our money's worth.

Cons: I think they should just provide free Wifi evn if they include it in the hotel rate.
Location: The museums, restaurants, and shopping places are walking distance from the hotel ranging from upscale to the hole in the wall variety.
The place was very comfortobale, clean, convenient, safe. Close to the freeway and accessible. The complimentary extended check out was Well appreciated and the valet parking especially in Pasadena!

Nice clean and safe hotel.

Pros: I liked lounging in the soft bathrobe, lovely comforter & bed, nicely shaped soap.
Cons: Better TV reception, more channels, correct wake-up time. Less loud bumps.
Location: It was near my workshop. Thanks for having the option of self parking.
The room was lovely and spacious. The check-in person was polite. There's an impressive lobby. I was happy that there was Starbucks coffee in the room.

Visiting Arcadia

Posted Feb 19, 2015
Everything about our stay at the westin pasadena was great. It was easy to find off the highway, and the valet took our car and the porter took our bags as I checked in. Valet parking is a good deal here, it's only a couple of dollars above the self-park rate and they bring the car up quickly. The roof pool overlooking city hall is charming. It was well-used at 4:30 on a recent thursday. We asked for extra coffee and it was provided without extra charge in only a few minutes. The pool and fitness center are on the fourth floor if that's a plus or minus for you. The view from the treadmills of the san gabriel mountains is dramatic. Overall, good value for money. I paid the nonrefundable rate two months in advance.

Very satisfied

Was in town for a beautiful lavish wedding. Stayed here for 2 days. The staff was really friendly & helpful. Everyone from the valet attendant, front desk staff to the bell hop. We had drinks & a quick bite @ the hotels bar/restaurant which was delicious. Room was kinda small but very clean & quite comfortable.

Off the Mark

Posted Feb 13, 2015
Pros: Excellent location Beautiful interior. Great value. Exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet room.
Cons: Odd registration desk layout. TV remote wasn't working and took several requests to get replacement. No SPG member suite. Charge for WiFi.
Location: Good central location within walking distance of old downtown, convention center, more.
I generally like Westins but this one is a bit off the mark. Staff is pleasant but promised service that wasn't forthcoming. No SPG member amenities. Self-parking a bit of a hassle. Well-appointed bathroom leaves you with no place to set anything down! On the other hand, great location and value, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet room.

Quick Weekend trip

Posted Feb 12, 2015
Pros: clean and quiet
This was a quick one night stay. Went online at the last minute and got a super rate. The room was comfortable and very clean. It was a Sunday so the hotel was very quiet too! The staff was very helpful in giving directions to a great breakfast place down the street.

Nothing to complain about except free wifi not being available. Valet parking was reasonable at $15/nt
