DO NOT STAY HERE! The front staff is HORRIBLE! They are rude impolite and have no business being in a service job! Especially the guy who said he was the night manager? Horrendous experience! The room service can only be connected through the front desk and they do not want to help. You have to ask the front desk if you want to order a simple cup of hot tea. We also stayed at The Avalon and the cameo which are priced the same and they are MUCH MORE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! I will never stay at the Sixty again. They have really gone down. Boo. I never ever give bad reviews-usually live by “if you have nothing nice to say don’t say anything “ but not this time. If I can save someone time and money then my review can make the difference-and maybe the general manager will look into who they hire a little more closely!

The staff was amazing! The little restaurant and bar was such a nice little spot. It doesn’t feel like your typical hotel bar. T. Brown, Lex and Ezra made us feel like stars. Highly recommend

When I attempted to check in m- agent stated room should be ready in 15 mins and I will receive a call. Now being a former hotel front desk, I know that you shouldn’t give your guest a timeframe until she personally is the housekeeper cleaning the room or the manager inspecting the room. Anyways after about an hour at the rooftop, I had to call front desk to ask about my room miraculously my room was ready- okayyy what happened to my call

The rooms are very dark and they are not luxurious like how they state the hotel is not cozy or makes you feel at home it’s a roadside hotel glammed up on the outside. The linens were the only positive. The walls are literally paper thin you can hear everything through the walls. In my bathroom I found an old contact stuck to the ground and there was a dirty hand print of lotion smeared on the railings. Desk staff were really nice they have a roof top patio and pool but was closed the whole time. My Uber also rear ended someone right in front of the hotel and the door man was only concerned about the guy pulling over for the guy he hit no one asked me if I was okay. The hotel was close to where I needed to be but other than that I would never stay here again.

Loved this hotel, great location with a short walk to Rodeo Drive. Adored the hotels Xmas decorations! All staff were lovely & helpful. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast downstairs was delicious and a good price.

Property had nearby restaurants within walking distance. Very close to Rodeo Drive and lots of good restaurants there. Also good restaurant choices on S Beverly. Staff at the front desk was very friendly always greeting us as we came and went. Only disappointing this was the rooms are so dark when the sun isn’t out and not many light or brother lights in the room. Ella’s was good for brunch and enjoyed the rooftop bar and views.

They are scammers do not book. They charged for roll away bed and told me at check out that they don’t charge for roll away?!!!!!! But they charged me and when questioned.. they stated ‘ooh we do’ soooo fishy and such a scam.

There were pros and cons about Sixty Beverly Hills, mostly pros. This hotel is lower cost than the other luxury hotel in the areas so the value is great. As everyone mentions, the rooftop bar is fantastic! The bed was comfortable; we enjoyed the products, the pool and the service was mostly great. A few things that went wrong include a test fire alarm that we were not warned about. Fortunately, I was not planning to work that day from the hotel as I had the previous two days. The alarm went on for hours. When it started, we assumed it was real and took the stairs down 7 flights. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they suggested we should have received a note about it but we had not. We asked for a second luggage rack and were told no but the next day we saw a housekeeper bring one to another room. Also, we had been given 3 coupons for a free glass of wine or beer at the bar. We used the one of them but the other two disappeared after housekeeping came. Overall, I would stay there again but I also recognize that sometimes you get what you pay for.

Service was amazing. Front desk, valet, bartender on the roof top, ladies at Ella they all were very friendly, smiling, nice. Property location and views are unbelievable. 360 views of Beverley Hills from the roof top. Drinks were good, food was good, coffee was great. Mini bar selection of drinks and snacks was good. I appreciated having a nespresso pods. I liked having a make up mirror. However run down squeaking furniture with broken hinge, large cracks in the marble sink, make up mirror would not adjust and stay put and not working pump in the shampoo dispensers put a toll on the overall impression. It was not so bad that i won't return, but these little disappointments so easy to fix to make the stay perfect. Service is the most difficult to achieve and it was great, fixingbroken things would improve the hotel. I would stay there again.

Great hotel in the heart of Beverly Hills. Room was fairly clean with good facilities. There was some road works going on during our stay which meant getting in and out of the hotel via car was a little tricky to navigate.

Solo female traveler here, visiting Beverly Hills for doctors' appointments and other things. I chose the SIXTY based on the perfect location for my needs. Overall my stay was delightful, even if I never got to enjoy the rooftop pool or the bar. My room was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Fluffy pillows, good quality linens, even a Nespresso machine for a quick pick me up. There is free wifi, a beautiful robe, and limited but adequate bathroom amenities. One potential criticism is that the bathroom and full-length mirror are a bit on the dark side...something to consider if you are dressing up for the evening. A nice little restaurant on the ground floor is perfect for a morning coffee as well. My room was ready at check-in and the staff impressed me with their efficiency and personable demeanor. No doubt this is a high point at the property. The only reason why I am giving four stars instead of five is street noise! This is not a function of the hotel but its location in a busy, densely populated, and high-traffic neighborhood. I was on the 7th floor, so pretty high, but still quite noisy during the night. A couple of things to keep in mind: Valet Parking is $ 60 per night, and there's a $ 34 amenity fee per night so you have to add that to the room cost. Overall, I felt welcome and pampered. I will stay here again!

We stay here for all the right reasons. Convenient for us, attractive, comfortable, very nice staff. Reasonable price. But, why offer food if you can’t do it well? Room service breakfast order was messed up two out of two days: yesterday one setup for two people. Today, no setup at all. No salt, sweetener. Coffee came already with creamer when only one of us takes cream. We used the plastic utensils we happened to have with us from takeout. We were getting ready to leave…. Wasn’t going to wait for someone to fix it. Should have learned my lesson the first day and looked at the food before signing the check. The room service and rooftop bar menu is limited; fine. But why serve stale chips with guacamole? The wine selection was surprisingly good! And we will return for the reasons I stated at the beginning. You should too. Provide feedback so they can do better.
